Good hotel with budget price”
The hotel is very near with JK collection. Which is you can hunt any shoes or bag along the street just on foot. Clean enough and have a good heavy breakfast. Not sure because of the package I bought or normally like this, but we didn't get the brush and tooth paste, but we still received the mineral water bottle and towel.

Walking distance to bus terminal”
Good place for a low budget hotel. Just realized that the building is kinda out of sight from the big road. I late checked in at 12 am and it seems like the hotel is kind of a plus plus" hotel. I didnt mind as its not really my business, just need a short sleep before i leave the next morning. But not sure if i will come back for another stay here based on that experience

Low Budget Hotel”
Little bit dirty, we found cockroaches on our room what a disappointment. For breakfast just eat a bit so we not get starving there is no much choices of food. The location for the hotel little bit in the middle of traffic every time we go in or out from the alley. For us who wants to save time is not a good option.

Saya susah tdr krna stiap ada orng jalan di lorong atau yg tutup pintu selalu bunyi membuat saya kesulitan tidur smpe tengah malam... Di pagi hari sudah bnyak bunyi² ada tukang membuat saya susah lanjutkan tdr yg smlem susah tdr.. Saat saya mau tdr mlmnya juga kedatangan kecoa menyebalkan bgt..

Maaf saya kasih ulasan yang tidak mengenakkan utk EVE Hotel karena dengan harga 475rb (cukup mahal) fasilitas hotel sangat buruk - tidak ada air panas tersedia di kamar (untuk minum) - tidak ada teh, gula, kopi - tidak ada shampo, sikat dan pasta gigi (hanya ada sabun cair, itupun diminta dulu ke resepsionis) - tembok kotor penuh jamur - kamar remang2 seperti hotel mesum - air panas di toilet juga tidak bisa dipergunakan - tidak ada hanger - keseluruhan keadaan kamar sangat buruk

Mudah untuk lokasinya,, tapi sayangnya AC pada kamar sangat berisik dan istrhat terganggu,, sangat minim di cek keamanan jendela dan AC. untuk sarapannya harus lebih bervariasi lagi dan terkontrol. Belum jam waktu sarapan habis tapi d counter sudah tidak ada apa-apa.
