Helpful Staffs and Clean Room”
The staffs at the front desk are so helpful. From restaurant suggestions, giving us extra blanket and helping us with the lost carpark ticket. Thumbs up! Also, room was clean with a nice view. Only downside was that we can hear the closing/opening of the motorise window blinds from the other rooms and it’s quite loud.

Not recommended”
Its summer in Germany and the hotel does not have airconditioning on our level. After politely asking the staff at the lobby they simply said no airconditioning on the entire floor but there is on other floors (more expensive rooms). For example on the 5 th floor the airconditioning was ON even in the hallways. They claim to be a 4 star hotel but lacking basic facilities, also there were minimal staff to serve the guest and their attitude was not the friendliest neither. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody!

Easy to find the hotel Parking for 24 Hours pretty expensive 30€ The pillows are bad. It’s like you don’t have it The weirdest thing it’s the fact that the bathroom has windows. From the room you can see everything what another one is doing in your private moments. Overall good hotel.

Better stay in city center”
Positive: * Nice hotel design idea * Clean * Comfortable bed Negative: * Not a 4-star-service / nothing to do / Almost emty restaurant / super expensive food / extremely quiet everywhere / no music or nice inviting louge atmosphere you would expect from a 4-star * 17 EUR parking fee for parking a day outdoors / not even in parking house ... 100 meters further are plenty of free public parking spaces * Located in industrial/business area in the middle of nowhere * Our TV was completely scratched / no replacement TV offered * No information sheet how to call the lobby from the room or typical service information sheet inside the hotel room * We were not properly checked in and told at breakfast that we already checked out ... breakfast-guy handled it professionally but told it "always happens" with some particular colleague … * Bye Pyramide - you won't see us again

Over rated”
Well its next to a hospital... and that's about it in terms of pros. Cons, a lot. 1. The hotel is not prepared for receiving customers with wheel chairs... there are manual foublendoors every where... 2. The rooms have motorized window curtains. When your naighbor's close of open the curtains you could hear that... and its loud 3. The breakfast is very limited.. over priced 4. Bathroom aminities are limited to a 2 in 1 shampoo/ bath gel stitch in the shower wall (that they refill when required)... for a 4 star that is not acceptable in my view... they say its eco friendly. I think its hotel running cost friendly 5. They have no free parking for hotel guests... one has to pay around 20 euros in 24hrs for parking

Un hotel extraordinario, lo disfrutamos poco porque solo pudimos estar una noche.”
Todo son ventajas, lo único es la ubicación, no es un hotel para patear nuremberg, está retirado del centro pero pasa un bus cada cierto tiempo. Es precioso por fuera y por dentro. La habitación familiar perfecta.

Zimmer schön groß, alles sauber und gepflegt. Einzig ein Kühlschrank oder eine minibar fehlt. Lage im Industriegebiet nicht schön, aber vorher bekannt und somit absolut OK.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel ”
Insgesamt ist das Hotel zu empfehlen, Sauberkeit top, Zimmergröße perfekt, Ausstattung ebenfalls. Leider musste ich dieses Mal das Frühstück bemängeln. In Zeiten gesunder Ernährung keinerlei Vollkornbrötchen anzubieten ist für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie ein No-go! Die Alternative waren steinharte Mini-Roggenbrötchen. Süßen Apfelsaft anzubieten anstatt Multi-Vitaminsaft ist ebenfalls eher fragwürdig. Das geht eindeutig besser und habe ich in diesem Hotel auch schon besser erlebt!

Die Beschattungsanlage / Verdunklung ist so laut, das man alle paar stunden nachts geweckt wird. Ihr Personal macht Krach Im Restaurant, als wenn keine Kunden anwesend wären

Last Minute ein super Hotel”
Wir haben kurzfristig (halbe Std. vor Abfahrt) ein Hotel für das DTM Wochenende gebraucht. Dies war für das Excelsior absolut kein Problem. Es war auch verhältnismäßig günstig im Vergleich. Das Zimmer war superedel und sauber. Das Einzige was man bemängeln kann, sind die Preise für Frühstück, Lunch etc. 19 € für ein Clubsandwich sind einfach zu viel. Ansonsten war es wirklich ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Fint hotell”
Fina stora rum. Dubbelsäng samt stor bäddsoffa. Funkade perfekt för vår familj. Saknade kylskåp på rummet men annars var vi mycket nöjda. Lite svårt att hitta dit. Man fick köra vid sjukhuset för att komma till hotellet.
