Many pleasant surprises!”
This is our first stay in Fairmont, even though we have visited the hotel a few times on other occasions. We're quite impressed with the hotel. We got a nice view overlooking the Senayan golf course. The pool was clean and the water temperature was comfortable. The jacuzzi worked well. The room was spacious, superclean, with heated toilet and spray control. The accoustic was great, we hardly heard the street sounds or the hallways. The most pleasant surprise was the breakfast at Spectrum resto. The selections were rich and superb. Everything we took tasted great! From Indonesian, Western, Chinese, and Middle East. Excellent! Will be back here just for the buffet breakfast. Chef Atta and some other chefs were out to greet us and even assisted our table. The overall staff were friendly, too. For lunch we also dropped by at Sapori, the Italian restaurant. It was also good, and Chef Ali was friendly too. All in all, we had such a pleasant stay. Thank you, Fairmont! Keep up the good work.

Very friendly and very accommodating. My only complaint: we made a booking for sunday brunch at spectrum for 10 persons. They refused to put the tables together for covid reason. I understand but we're family and stay together at the fairmont. Kinda ruined my mom's birthday celebration. Definitely recommend staying at the hotel but avoid the restaurants. The food is just ok and a bit overpriced compared to other hotels. Just go to Plaza Senayan and buy foods from there. I've been to lots of 5 star hotels and without a doubt the service is one of the best.

Very cozy hotel and strategically located, just a walk away to two very sophisticated shopping malls. And of course, very close to some of my favourite restaurants, just in walking distance. The staffs are exceptionally polite and helpful. Breakfast are good but need some improvement. Overall, Fairmont Jakarta Hotel is on my top list hotels whenever I visit Jakarta. Definitely one of the best hotel I’ve stayed in with great location(about 30-40mins to and fro airport) and wonderful staff throughout my whole stay and best part hotel is connected to an underground that leads to Plaza Senyanan and across the street is another Senyanan Mall.
