I stayed twice in this hotel. Staff speak very good English and very efficient. There a nice small breakfast buffet. Good location. Bedding are terrible !!! mattresses are not comfortable and old. I requested and specified I wanted a double bed and they just stuck two single beds together which is unacceptable !! Furniture are like cheap Ikea style. Bathrooms are clean but need a serious upgrade (shower curtains are not pleasant things). good thing is the safe easy to use, fast internet and mini fridge (which really need a big defrosting). We can feel some effort from the staff to make this hotel a good venue but it's definitely NOT a 3 stars (more a youth hotel) and the price is way too high for what it is. It would be better to hire a studio/apartment if you visit Budapest.

ive booked 3 rooms, 2 balcony room and 1 with 2 BR unit.. Unit are clean and looks pretty new, got everything u need ( cutlery, glasses, mugs, water cooker ) sadly they dont provide hair dryer, it was a biig OOPS because we were there when it was freezing. They provide just a standart breakfast such as : Bread, Scrumble Eggs, Sausage, Salad and Fresh Fruits. It address said its on number 9, but it was on 43rd. Location very easy to find, 3 minutes walk distance from Klinikak Metro Station. U really can say, "Just around the corner" I would definitely refer Di Verdi to stay. and will be our choice when we are going to Hungary again soon.

The Vivaldi apartman is great value for money, it's fairly large, bright and airy and the rooms were clean and bright. Front desk staff is helpful, and once you've gotten accustomed to the area you can use public transport to get pretty much wherever you want to go in Budapest. There are buses/trams to take you to major railways stations as well. There are a few restaurants, some street food options and a couple of Spar markets around, so you can either eat out or pick up ingredients and cook for yourself. The apartment has a small but well stocked kitchenette, good for putting together breakfast/sandwiches etc, not suited for more elaborate cooking. There's a washing machine as well, so it's good for those on a long trip who need to restock there wardrobe. Wifi is only available at the reception area, but there are wired ports in the rooms if required. Overall a clean, comfortable budget apartment.

at first i was very suprised about the cheap price and i had a fear if to book this hotel. when we arrived and did the check in we got a lovely and private treatment. we liked the hotel that close 5 minutes to the center. the staff gave us alot of information about the area and what we have to do during the day. i want to thanks them alot and hope to come back again in the future.

I greatly enjoyed my 4 day stay at Hotel Sissi. The staff were as good as I have encountered anywhere in my many stays throughout Europe. Genuinely friendly and most helpful- nothing too much trouble. My request for late checkout on departure was happily granted. Location is in a quiet and attractive area of Budapest. The Metro is 3 minutes walk and then 2, 3 or 4 stops into your choice of inner city location.Trains run every 3 - 5 minutes depending on time of day. I purchased a 24 hour pass for 1650 Florints (approx A$10 )and went to almost all major sights per train.The breakfast spread is very good. You have choice of 3 dining areas. Traditional indoor dining room or the attached enclosed gazebo which is very attractively timber lined with big windows looking out onto the terrace and gardens. Or subject to weather, eat outdoors on the terrace surrounded by lovely gardens. There is a comfortable lobby lounge area where you can enjoy your drink from the bar.My room on first floor was of very high standard in this price range. It had double door opening onto a balcony overlooking the gardens.My only minor negatives were intermittent WiFi signal in room and leaky shower screen in bathroom. I would happily stay here again.

Was excellent staying at this hotel. Actually moved here from the Mercure Duna which was a few blocks away and we were much more satisfied with this one. It was two-thirds the price and although smaller in total size, each of the rooms were about double in size! Way better value for the money. Plus the Wifi worked better here and the breakfast was included and had more variety.

the location of the hotel was not the best as the nearest tram stop is about 200m away. but with the price it is offering, i cannot complain. price is really affordable and best of all, it has wifi in the rooms which is very convenient. breakfast is not great but still ok. it is not too far from the kelepti train station and cost about hf 1400 to reach the hotel via taxi. i would still stay in the hotel again because of the great value for money.

The hotel advertises some features like fitness room, though at the moment of our stay it was not possible to reach the fitness facilities through the hotel - the doors were locked, the entrance available was aside from the hotel. The hotel itself is a bit shabby, especially the rooms, but the furniture in the corridors and the dining room is luxurious. Breakfast is nice. Some might find the surroundings of the hotel unsafe, as there are adult shops and a night club right beside the hotel. Parking is close to the hotel, but one can place the car in the work days for three hours max, the ticket machine wouldn't sell the ticket for a longer period.

clean, good location, room is big, and due to the low season the price is good. We stayed for four days, met three girls in reception. Two pretty girls is really helpful, and another one is rude. I booked for 2days at first before we arrived, and want to extend another two days so i booked from agoda again. The rude girl said that i booked two different apartment from them so i need to move out in the third day and move again in the fourth day , i showed her my agoda booking that i booked, its definitely is the same room, even the address is the same. She said what she can see is we booked the different room, she keep saying that is not her fault , and i showed her my booking again, she talked very loud and asked me go contact agoda by myself and we must move out .Suddenly another staff is came out, she asked the rude girl about this matter, after me show her my booking in agoda, she said its Weird maybe system problem but definitely not my fault, so we can remained the same room for another two days. So,what happen for the rude girl and what is her insisted on ? yet the attitude is rude and impatient
