Everything on a top level. Even though it seams to be out of town there is like 200 m from Fira metro station with easy access to a center of Barcelona. Exceptional quality and service delicious breakfast. Highly recommended.

Amazing view of Barcelona - Best comfort”
We stayed on the executive floor of the hotel and we had a view of the whole city. The room was big and the bed was massive. We had complimentary coffee every day since in the room there was a nespresso machine. Best value for money in a such expensive city. The area around was very quiet and beautiful.

The only bad things I can tell about the hotel, was the quality of the bed, which was horrible, it felt like sleeping in a rock. The shower drain was very clogged, and took very long to go down. Other than that, if you are over 6'1, the toilet can be a little tight for you, since it's facing the wall pretty close. Maybe it was the room I chose. Other than that, great stay!

Rather disappointed”
Constant noise was the main issue. It felt like rooms were not isolated at all. We heard everything that was going on on the whole floor. Cleaning service moving furniture and banging doors, etc. The mattress made my back hurt though I don't have any back problems. And it's quite far from Barcelona, though that was more my mistake.

Stay was comfortable. Hotel was clean. Staff were particularly conscientious and helpful, spoke good English were able to share a joke and provided tour advice. The barmen were very obliging and pleasant and willing to assist with punctual and pleasing bar food. A welcoming place to stay following an exhausting flight from Australia.

It is a great hotel, nice ideas, modern and avant garde, but still stuck in the past. They didn't have the heating system turned on yet so they told us to just turn off the ac system and have no air flow. So we froze in our room. They had to bring blankets. The airports shuttle must be contracted out also. We called 6 times and were told 20 minutes, or 5 minutes or 5-10 minutes. It took over 2 hours to get them there. That is unacceptable.

I liked the facility, location is close to a metro station, and its pretty clean as well. Staff is good. But i dont know whether it is any thin wall or because of some bad insulation - the next room was making even small noise that would disturb my sleep.

Not a terrible hotel but beds were awful and decor in the rooms not great.”
Beds in my room were like old zedbeds- uncomfortable and hard to sleep in. The walls in the room had lots of marks and chips etc. Otherwise ok but not worth what I paid. Normally stay at. Hotel nearby which is much better and only slightly more expensive.

3 adults lived in there. There is no door in the bathroom. Other occupants will see you see naked.”
No kettle , coffee or tea facilities in the room. Only 2 glasses are provided even if the # of occupants are 3. They forget to provide enough towels and liquid soaps. The small in the room is not working. I have to call them everything. Reception said they have no time . Come down for one more glass. No values for money .
