Not worth it compare with other hotel with the same range price, breakfast menu are limited, staffs are not professional enough, I booked for 2 nights, and on the second day, my room card was blocked, need to go to front office to extend the card, the hotel provide afternoon tea service, on my 1st day, they told me that the afternoon tea would be sent to my room, but no one to send the tea and snack to my room, with no explanation. The alley to the rooms area at the 4th floor was slippery and wet after rain, the bell boy was nowhere in sight, even the security at the gate fell asleep when we went out for dinner, really poor management for a hotel with this price, although the amenities are top notch, I still would not recommend it

Newly built hotel with lots of potential. Located in Ciwidey but still close to toll road to Bandung. Best view, top notch hospitality, great food, great facilities (fitness centre still in progress) and turned out to be the best stay while we were in Bandung for a week. Best value for money! Pls be consistent with the great hospitality and great facilities, looking forward to coming back here for sure!

Over all it's GOOD! Sangat menyenangkan karena saya berlibur bersama 3 anak, playground Ok, kolam renang utk anak dgn air hangat, f&b variatif, staff ramah dan tentu saja saya mendapat view sangat bagus langsung dari kamar. Ditambah lagi bertepatan dgn istri ulang tahun , mendapat complimentary sliced b'day cake...Terimakasih dan sukses selalu🙏

Sejauh ini overall semuanya bagus , fasilitas lengkap, welcome drink ditawari mau lemon tea atau bandrek , dpt afternoon tea ditawari kopi / teh dan cemilan2 lain udh tersedia buffet , fasilitas karaoke jg oke, lumayan dpt 1 jam bisa sambil main tenis meja pula, kamar wangi banget, bersih, handuk dn amenities lainnya jg lengkap , disediakan buah juga di kamar , tv udh smart tv , dpt di lantai 1 dengan view yg luar biasa , kamar jg luas sekali. Kolam renang ada 3 , yg besar airnya dingin, yg 2 lagi hangat , handuk jg tersedia di area kolam , jd ga perlu repot2 bawa handuk dr kamar, breakfast menunya sangat bervariatif dan enak2 , ada fasilitas gym , sauna dan yoga juga . Untuk keluarga yg bawa anak kecil jg tersedia play ground , staffnya ramah2 dan selalu menawarkan bantuan kepada tamu2nya , sejauh ini hotel terbaik yg pernah saya kunjungi. Pelayanannya sya acungi jempol buat semuanya dimulai dr security , receptionist , dan staff hotel yg lainnya . Next time mudah2an bisa balik lg kesini bawa keluarga .

Kondisi Kamar dan Koneksi Internet”
Saya menginap di kamar 101, untuk kamarnya bersih, luas, tempat tidur bersih (mungkin karena hotel baru) dan koneksi internetnya bagus dan gampang tersambung. hanya staf di pintu luar saja yg kurang, karena pada saat datang tidak ada orang sama sekali. untuk fasilitas gym masih terbatas, tetapi untuk kolam renang dan sauna cukup bagus. Untuk ibu pemilik hotel ramah dan semoga cita2nya untuk memajukan hotelnya dapat terwujub. Semoga putri pemilik hotelnya mau lebih mudah tersenyum lagi buat tamu2nya
