NO VALUE FOR MONEY ”
we pay at this price we expect this hotel have something special. But its just normal hotel. Come to the BREAKFAST. First buffet don't have much choices as compared 3 or 4 star hotel I stay before Four seasons. AND they only allow customers choose either buffet or SET MENU ( NO LIKE OTHERS CAN EAT BOTH). and their alacart set menu one set all eat EGG ONLY. ANOTHER SET IS EAT JAPANESE BENTO BOX. this is the worse so call five or six star hotels I ever stay. No more return.

Honeymoon in Kyoto”
The four seasons always has a high standard and this one is no exception. There were a few things that were a little bit of a letdown. Before booking, we didn't realise that it was a non-smoking hotel. Even though we had an outdoor balcony, we couldn't smoke there, instead had to walk down through the lounge to the far end of the outside deck which kind of makes you feel unwanted in the hotel. Also, the breakfast buffet is not up to par for such an expensive and high-end hotel, most of the options were fruits and salads & even the bread selection was quite small. The meat selection was either pork or a few fish selections so if for religion reasons you don't eat pork such as myself & my husband, then you are out of luck. On the plus side, the staff was very helpful and always had a smile on their faces. We also reserved a private tour guide through them and our guide "Hiro" was AMAZING! Very knowledgeable and polite we had originally booked him for 3hrs and ended up extending for almost 5hrs. Since we were on our honeymoon the staff surprised us with a handwritten note, chocolates and little gifts with notes explaining the history of each one from the Japanese culture, which was very thoughtful. Overall I think if they provided smoking rooms or allowed guests in rooms with balconies to smoke on the balcony it would make the guests who smoke, more welcome. We will definitely be back to Kyoto. It was our favourite out of all the places we visited in Japan.

Very good hotel, although not to Four Seasons standard”
Overall the Four Seasons hotel is a very nice property with large and very comfortable rooms, although it is clearly overpriced and not up to the standard you would expect from Four Seasons: Both rooms were not ready until more than an hour after the official check-in time, staff very friendly and helpful, though just seemed a bit panicked running everywhere and lacked the "prestance" that you see elsewhere. Reservations team not really helpful... Apparently the hotel has rooms with "2 double beds" but were not willing to provide a price for a family of 4 to stay in the room ... even though the standard bedding capacity of the room is actually "2 double"... which as far as I know means 4! The rooms themselves are very new, clean, large and very well designed. The bar and cocktails were amazing and the bar staff very professional and knowledgeable. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever seen, with a mix of Asian and continental offering and high quality fresh products. Overall, although it is obviously a very good hotel I feel it is still below the Four Seasons standard from other hotels around the world, especially given the very high price.

セレブ向けのホテルで完全なるリサーチ不足。ハイテク過ぎて、全然寛げなかったです。ついて早々にピンポンがなり、清掃に来ましたとか、翌日も部屋でのんびりしていたら、またピンポンで清掃。頼んでないのに。

新しく綺麗です。お部屋もゆったりとしています。駅からタクシーで直ぐですが、観光地を巡るために公共交通機関を使うには少し不便です。 プールもゆったりと作られており素敵です。 朝食バイキングは充実しています。残念なのは、お土産にホテルのクッキーを購入しようと思ったのですが、在庫はあと3日の賞味期限のものしかありませんでした。お土産になるもののラインナップも少なかったです。

観光地のシティーユースの 高級ホテルは いつも 屋内プールが素晴らしいのですが ほとんどの 方は観光に出かけるので 利用は少ないでしょうが 是非利用すべきです 今迄では 香港のペニンシュラホテル、シンガポールのラッフルズホテル のインドアプールがよかったです フォーシーズンズは もっとも好きなほてるです リゾートのオープンエアのプールは最高にいいですが
