BEST HOTEL FOR THE PRICE”
I booked a room for 5 days as a solo traveler. I love everything about this hotel. The location is nearby the cable car and Susukino District where I can eat in the town’s ramen alley and many more. It’s easy to go everywhere. There’s a hot tub with separate time between male and female, laundry, manga room, and amazing breakfast buffet. If you’re a pianist, you can also play the piano in the lobby, which I did. It’s also next to two convenience stores, which is convenient (no pun intended). I’m too shy to ask the name of the staffs, but they’re super nice and can speak pretty good English. If they don’t, they have a translation device to help communicate with you. Overall it’s a great experience. One thing to note is that we need to make our own bed because it’s part of their environmentally friendly cleaning policy. The towels and amenities are brought to our doorstep everyday, and the trash will be emptied as we like. There’s also a hanger with a heater to dry up our clothings after doing laundry.

Pro: 1. Great location (near to Tanukikoji street/walkable distance to odori park) 2. Price is cheaper than nearby hotel. 3. Lobby is warm (feel super homey during winter) Personally, I will only stay at this hotel again if only the price is as cheap as current deal. The hot bath is shared by male/female with dedicated time slot, which is a Nono for me, hence we din use the hot bath facility. Reception will keep the key whenever you are leaving the room. Overall, the room is good for short stay over.

Clean, good location, close to public transport”
The hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of Susukino. It's a bit of a walk from the main Susukino Subway station but there's a Tram station near by. There is a 7-11 and Lawson close by for some late night food. We stay at this hotel mainly because of it's location near other main hotel in Sapporo that has buses to the ski resorts. The room is quite small but that's expected in Japan but the front desk was kind enough to store my snowboarding gear downstairs. The room is incredibly clean and the furniture are all in good condition. The staff is very kind and was able to communicate with basic English. I forgot my backpack on the ski resort bus and the staff did not hesitate to help and contact the bus company.

Excellent service, super kind and helpful staff. Very accommodating and even though the English is average, they definitely tried their best 110% all of the time. When me and my wife visit Sapporo again, we will DEFINITELY stay here again. Pleasant stay, within walking distance to Susukino sub station. Very near to tram/ streetcar station. Possible to walk to JR Sapporo (took us half hour via underground shopping complex, with luggage). Within walking distance to most landmark in town, Odori Park, clock tower.

Comfortable stay”
We chose this hotel because it was near to car rental offices. Throughout my 9 day trip, I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and slept very well. Like most hotels in Japan, it is rather small, but it's ok. We stayed in twin rooms and small double rooms. Twin rooms are much bigger than small double rooms.The windows can be opened for fresh air. There was no kettle in the room but water can be refilled at the lobby. The day before my flight I asked them to help me book a taxi at 6.30 am, and the taxi was there waiting for us before 6.30am. Small and comfortable hotel.

Very much wanted to comment on this hotel. Although the room is quite small, but it has everything that you needed. We've stayed for 4 nights with them and they really did a good job in cleaning the room. It's a very cozy room with an affordable price. Unfortunately we did not have the time to visit their public bath. The hotel was quite a distance from the train station though. To sum everything up, I would very much recommend travelers to stay with this hotel.

About 7 min walk from susukino station exit number 4, not too bad just walk straight all the way from station and hotel is behind APA hotel. If you are too tire to walk can take the tram from susukino station just 1 stop Y200 stop in front of hotel shiseikanshogakko-mae. Have to walk through a long staircase up to the hotel entrance, look for the lift at the car park go up to level 1 to check in. Small double room is pretty small but expected in Japan...we are cool for 2 pax with 2 luggages, there was a bad smell when we turn on the Aircond but we did not ask for a change as weather was okay we did not turn on the Aircond it was okay for us.. overall value for money, clean and hotel staff provide pretty informative details on attractions around. A lot of eateries around 7-eleven Just behind hotel, tanukikoji shopping arcade Just 5 min walk and ramen alley also within walking distance just use google map it will bring you there.

Lovely stay during winter”
Stuck in the middle of a blizzard, our stay would have been pretty bad if we didn't have such a great hotel to chill in. It's in a fantastic location for the Sapporo Yuki Matsuri with one of the showgrounds little more then a five minute walk down the street. Staff were also amazing and very helpful.
