Charming Budapest”

The room was wonderful. Everything is newly furnished, with great taste, with everything necessary for guests. The room looks splendid, the bed is comfortable, the windows offer a view of the Danube. The bathroom is large, the kitchenette is properly equipped, there is a washing machine in the hall of the apartment that works flawlessly. The administrator, Victor, is extremely kind and responds very promptly via whatsapp. The apartment was very recently furnished, everything is exceptionally clean. Access is done in an extremely modern, contactless way. The location is charming (it's true that the area at the foot of the Margit bridge is a bit noisy, but the view of the Danube is totally worth it). We also received detergents, coffee and welcome chocolate from the house. The TV is connected to Netflix, and the apartment has even a user manual for all the household appliances.
There is still work to be done on the soundproofing between the rooms of the apartment. We stayed in Puskas and heard all the noises from the Puszta room (we had noisy neighbors the last two nights).

Wonderful in every bit”

The apartment is just wonderful. Bed is so comfortable that I need one like that. Automatic locks are really helpful. Bathroom is really functional and not so tiny as I thought. TV has every app you would need to watch movies. Free coffee was really delicious and nice addon. The apartment has everything you would need and was a great place to rest after whole day in the city. Also, there's a short instruction book waiting in apartment answering all your questions. Building is an old style I think and movie-like place because of the inside - you will love it when you see it. The building is next to tram and bus, but you don't hear them when in apartment. If you like parks, the Margit Island is like 5 minute walk from the building. The river is about 200m from the building and you can see Parlament from there (which is also close, but on the other side of the river ~15 minutes walk). Communication with the owner is top level :) If I could I would stay forever.

The flat is in a very nice location in the city center, just next to the tram stop. And the flat is very modern (especially the shower room and the lock of the door) and very clean, we have already had a wonderful journey here. And the price of the flat is exceeded my expectation.
Maybe there isn't a good isolation of sound from next flat.

Very clean room with great connections”

Cleanliness, great bus/tram connection (stops right across the road), little kitchenette with fridge and microwave, loved the coffee machine and free capsules. Supermarket right below the apartment. Less than a minute away from great views of the stunning Parliament building. There was a washing machine available too that I was not aware of before we arrived. Great for anyone wishing to travel light but stay longer.
Pillows were a bit smaller and softer than usual. An alternative was available but was still too small and too soft compared to what we are used to.

This is an excellent appartment in the excellent location. There are tram and bus stops on the all sides of the buildings and it is easy to get to every attraction of Budapest. We usually used trams Nr. 4 and Nr. 6 that stopped in front of the building and bus Nr. 9. The appartment has everything; TV, fridge, washing maschine, even a capsule coffee maker. The host answered to our messages in seconds and we really felt his caring attitude.
Actually, everything was superb. A couple of hangers near the door and in the bathroom would be handy, but it was cool without it also.

Exceeded expectations, the apartment was great. Everything was clean. Location is the best, with public transport minutes away (Pest side of the city is 2 tram stops away). There is a supermarket below the building and a few restaurants nearby. The place has everything to make you feel at comfort and the host is responsive.

Location is great, all the services are close. Lukacs Baths (Szent Lukács Gyógyfürdő) in a few minutes by walk. Very clean apartment. It can be a bit noisy (because of the street). Ear plugs will help. There is a kitchen with all the equipment. Cofee machine. Fresh and stylish repair. There is an air condition in the apartment.

Very cozy and modern room, super easy to check in, loved the small stove, fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle and microwave as well. The place is not particularly in walking distance to city center (about 30mins on foot), but right in front of a tram and bus stop, making it super easy to get there. Margaret Island is about 7mins on foot, super near.
Could be a little more sound proof, you can hear people talking in the little hall area at the entrance, not enough to bother, though. The pillows could be a bit bigger, they were the size of a cushion.

Wonderful”

First of all, apartment holder is a nice person that he will answer your questions as soon as possible. Then go back to the apartment, good location with a tiny supermarket downstairs. Perfect decoration, and the small kitchen is useful. Full of natural light, the heating system and air-conditioning system also works well. Strongly recommend.
There are many trams passing downstairs, 24 hours a day (which is of course one of the advantages), so noise is a problem when you are in your room and want to rest.

Location is good, Subway, Tram are all within 5 minutes by walk. By taking tram 4 or 6, you can go to city center easily within 15 minutes. There is a market that you can buy things just beside it. If you are tired of eating outside, you?can cook simple food easily. Small kitchen are well equipped with everything , even a coffee machine! I literally give a high recommendation to this place. Also a great thanks to Viktor, who is always fast response to my need question and request. I will definitely come back here again if I visit to Budapest next time.

We like everything in this apartment: nice furniture, perfect bathroom and Netflix of course :) The location was just perfect: it took us approximately 15 minutes to the city centre by tram. First of all, the location is absolutely perfect! There is a great view of the Danube and also the main street. The apartment is close to the city centre. There is a supermarket right beside and also a bus station which leads to the citycentre(10min). The utilities are in perfect condition. Last but not least, the host, Viktor, was really prompt and helpful with everything we needed!
