Great location, courteous staff, amazing facilities, small lobby ”
It has everything you need - spaceous, amenities, great bedding (slept like a baby), good sound proofing, close proximity to Namba station, Ippudo ramen, family mart, McDonald's if you need 24 hours food. I really enjoyed my stay here and have nothing bad to comment, probably just the hotel lobby which is quite small and not suitable for large group gatherings/waiting. Check in is strictly after 3pm for most bookings (same as most Japan hotels) but they are kind enough to allow families with infant to check in earlier as seen. To airport: Its easy to get here from KIX airport via the Nankai line. Too Nara: Direct Kintetsu line to Nara. To Kyoto : If you are continuing your journey to Kyoto with baggages might be a little troublesome especially if you have many bags. You need to take Midosuji line to Osaka (Umeda) station (1 stop) and change to the special rapid Tokaido Sanyo line (3 stops). Lots of walking and searching for elevators beware!

The staff is friendly and the hotel is spacious for a Japanese hotel. The washing machine was useful, and having a sink and electric stove was convenient. There are good restaurants and shopping malls nearby. It's also convenient to take the Rapi:t from Nankai Namba Station, and when going to Universal Studios, you can take the Koya Line from Nankai Namba Station and transfer to JR at Shin-Imamiya, so it's easy to transfer without walking too much!

Great location with nice facilities for long stays”
Great location where it is just right next to Namba station. Rooms are a decent size for Japan and the facilities in room was complete with a washing machine with dryer function which are a bonus for long stays. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and cooking utensils and pans too. If you let the hotel know a day in advance that you do not need housekeeping, the hotel will give one a 500yen prepaid card per day which you can use at convenient stores. (Awesome!) Staff were always welcoming and helpful and spoke great English. Buffet breakfast had a wide variety and offered eat in or take away. We enjoyed during our stay there and will definitely come back again.

Right next to namba station, convenient for Nankai line and subway but a longer walk to JR line. If you let the hotel know a day in advance that u do not need housekeeping, the hotel will give one a 500yen prepaid card per day which u can use at convenient stores. Very clean hotel with 24 hour manned front counter. When we checked out to go to kyoto, the hotel allowed us keep our luggage there until we returned 3 days later to stay again. That was great as we were able to just pack a small bag for our kyoto trip instead of taking all our luggage with us.

Best Location and Facilities!”
The staff here were warm and friendly, especially Anoura! He was accomodating to our request to stay in the same room as we had extended for 1 more night. Location is great. About 5 min walk from Namba station (Midosuji line which leads you to town area like Umeda) and Nankai Namba (Nankai line that leads you to Osaka airport). There's a McDonalds and Ippudo right opposite us. Next to us is a super affordable and yummy Kyabetuyaki at only 160yen! Another 15 min walk will take you to Shinsaibashi and eventually Dotonbori. We loved the rooms especially that the kitchenette and washer/dryer made our stay feel more like at home. Everytime we go back to clean and tidy rooms and there's even pajamas for you! Hotel breakfast buffet has a good range and sufficient to get you on the road. Overall this has got to be my best stay in Japan because of its great location, facilities, and staff.

Near Namba Train Station, Great for Families with Small Kids”
Place is near the Namba Train Station where there are good restaurants and an international ATM and post office. Our room was nice and clean and with a washer and dryer which was perfect because we had to do laundry. Staff was friendly and accommodating and helped me find the post office, because I needed to send a package out. Their breakfast offers a variety of food which was good. I would recommend this for those visiting Osaka.

Value for money with nice rooms”
Booked a deluxe 2-bedroom apartment. First time staying in this hotel as it has always been fully book. The space is huge for Japanese standard and it comes with a kitchen with the need appliance, plates etc. also use the washing machine/dryer. Everything is good and value for money. Good for families. Location is just opposite the train station with McDonald’s, convenience store and local restaurants beside it.

Convenient location with lots of space!”
We absolutely love the 2 bedroom apartment. Lots of space for the kids and a comfortable place we could call home for 2 nights. Directly located opposite a major mall and the yotsubashi subway line with underground shops and connecting walkways to other subway lines. Walkable to dotonburi. Convenience store round the corner and ippudo across the road! It is also a Pokémon Go venue for those into Pokémon. Kids absolutely loved the apartment. Managed to do our laundry in the apartment too - detergent all provided. Washer and dryer in one! Will definitely book this place again!

Good hotel but slightly lacking in hospitality”
We booked 2 twin rooms but one of the rooms got upgraded to a King bedroom on check-in. Nice gesture and fortunately there was a couple among us to take the room otherwise it may be uncomfortable. Rooms were clean and quiet, staff spoke pretty good English and were quick to troubleshoot when we needed help with room facilities. The hotel is also within walking distance to convenient stores, restaurants and train stations (exit 4 for escalator and exit 5 for slightly shorter walk). The unusual thing we noticed was that unlike other Japanese hotels, the staff here do not usually greet guests as they enter or leave the premises. Not quite a flaw but just lacking the Japanese/ Frasers hospitality. Having said that, I would return to stay the next time I am in Osaka.

Location is super convenient. It is just outside Namba Station. Near hundreds of eateries and shopping streets. Very reasonably price . Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is simply great. This place is great in terms of location, just next to Namba Nankai line. Direct and fast access to Rinku premium outlet and Kansai Airport. Hotel is very clean and comes with cooking utensils and kitchen sink. There are many good option around the hotel as well. Staff was friendly and ever so helpful. Great 2 days stay and will be back!

Celebrated my birthday here. Got free upgrade to a 1 bedroom apartment twice during my stay here. I never expected there is a birthday gift, very thoughtful. It's very clean, the space is spacious, and the price is reasonable. It's very close to Nanba Station, and it was so convenient to have all the stores you need nearby. Hotel is right next to Nankai line so you just cross the road to the hotel after you get off the Nankai Airport train. There are many food options nearby and Takashimaya right inside Namba Station building opposite the hotel.
