It's okay for us to get around since we are driving but if not, location will be a bit far, hotel is quite new, bathroom can be cleaner, we booked two rooms and one of the room didn't have soap, glass was dirty but they fixed them after we called, Staff are quite friendly

When We Arrive and Doing Cek in. Mrs Vivi as Front Officer told us That The Room Were Booked and pay,,was Sold Out, Without room left For Us. And That Was They’re Misstake. So They Gave Us Room Above Deluxe. Without charging Us extra Money. Staff was very Polite and Nice. Hotel was Clean as They a New Hotel. Small Room but Very Comfort. Food was Average but Its Okey. Luv to Stay here if we are visitting solo again. Thank You so Much

This hotel is just operated less than a month, so the bed/towel/pillow is all new, even you can smell the wall paint but that's OK, not annoying. The room is clean, the staff is friendly., the price is so good as we got the promotion room rate.I think i will back to this hotel, when we visit Solo next time.

I made a mistake with my booking date and the hotel was fully booked on that day. Nonethe less the staff in charge that night helped me find an alternative hotel. The following day the staff at the front desk was likewise very helpful despite the fact that the hotel was full of guests. Kudos! I will stay here again.

I was booking for non smoking room but they gave me a smoking room which i instantly protest and they were sorry and gave me a non smoking room but the room was set for 1 people which is a lil bit annoying because i travel with my friend but i ask the staff for more stuff and they gave me directly. But the bathroom is not that clean, but it still fine for me. The dirt can washed away with water. Good point is the location is in the center of the city but not beside the road which i kinda like so its not that noise
