We got a bit lost looking for it. It's located in a narrow alley. The room isn't big but it's spotless and everything is functional. They provide daily toiletries. There are plenty of convenience stores restaurants and vending machines in the area. And there's free coffee in the lobby, too.

Good location near the metro with a nearby 24hr resto and convenience stores. The front desk staff are not always available though. The complimentary coffee is not fabulous.

Good value, close to Shin Omiya”
Pros- good size triple room and bathroom. Laundry is in reception area and is 300 yen per load but there is no dryer. There are 2 laundromats in easy walking distance though. Cons- some staff have little to no English and there is no coffee or sugar with the room kettle. All in all I was very happy with my stay. Good value and beds were firm but not too hard.

Good Hotel, Very Clean. Bit of a Walk Needed”
The Location is decent, there’s a little bit of a walk from the station to the hotel, and you need to transfer trains if you want to get to tourist locations in Kyoto. The room we stayed in had a very cool light behind the beds that extended across the entire wall. There was a couch in the room as well. The 2 beds we had were only bit enough for 1 person comfortably, so I had to sleep on the couch. There were no extra blankets, but I had brought one with me. I didn’t bother asking for an extra blanket, but I’m sure the Staff would help with this if you experience this problem. Not a lot of extra Facilities, but it was fine since we had only planned to stay there one night anyway.

The hotel is located very near a 7/11 convenience store which provides everything for our morning breakfast to luggage transport service to our next destination. Location of the hotel is close to subway and buses. Overall a good, clean hotel in Kyoto that provides all the necessary items for a good stay.

The living experience here is great. The hotel is very close to the train station and very easy to find. However，we are asked to pay extra 800 yen for the third and fourth nights by the second receptionist. But we weren't asked to pay anything for the first and second nights by the first receptionist，which did confuse us. Other things are great. would recommend to our friends

The extra 800 yen was to cover the accommodation stay taxes that are compulsory for every hotel guest in Kyoto city, it`s possible that you had two different reservations and therefore, at check-in you had paid for the first two nights taxes (￥800 per 2 nights for 2 people) and afterwards, you were asked to pay for the third and forth night taxes (another ￥800 per 2 nights for 2 people) as it was under another reservation. The location is inconvenient, and the way to the hotel is dark and dirty, if you’re alone, I think it’s dangerous to walk there, so I do not recommend to stay. And you have to pay extra money before your stay.

Everything was perfect. The location was near to the Oomiya station and we got there by the Hankyuu subway from Karasuma Station. (One way trip to Karasuma is just 1 stop away). You can walk to Shijo station as you reach Karasuma station too cause the station is connected to Shijo station via underground walkway. Their room and the bathroom are quite new. Cleanliness and comfort level are perfect plus the lighting of the room is good. Plus, they prepared all the amenities ladies will need such as cotton swabs x2, cotton pads x2 per pack, very convenient for ladies who forgot to bring their own for makeup removal. (Razor, shower cap also provided) They provided shampoo, conditioner, body shampoo in large bottles too. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel and are willing to stay there again if I could visit Kyoto again.

Despite it being a 2 star hotel, it was definitely better than most other 2 stars I stayed at. The location was central and there was a bus stop near by. The staff was very helpful. I would recommend.
