The staff was very friendly and provided help when needed. They room setting was different from the one i booked which was very disturbing for my requirements as i booked this type of room in particular to suit my needs as i had some meetings during my stay and needed seperate lounge area but was given instead an open area. However, issue was resolved second day and they changed my room. My husband injured his leg by a broken tile in the swimming pool and i found that the hotel was not trained enough to deal with situations like this as he was bleeding everywhere. However, they provided us with first aid kit but did not offer to take him to the hospital or to get the doctor for him! Special thanks to BAYU who went the extra miles to make our stay comfortable. Very nice gentleman who was always there to answer any query. I will stay there again as the facilities were nice and location is superb and the rooms were equipped with everything you may need. Kitchen, microwave, utensils, clothes airer, etc.

This resort is highly recommended for families, the water park and the play gym is a hit for my daughter. You can even leave your kids in the play gym for a fee. Very nice swimming space for adults too. Room is big and very clean. Internet connection very good. Staff very friendly and helpful.

FuramaXclusive is awesome as it’s perfect for families with kids. I’ve booked my accomodation with 3 rooms. It’s perfect as there was enough room for the kids to play in as well as sleep. Hotel staff is awesome and helpful. Every time we needed a taxi they would assist us to book a taxi for our short travel needs. I would recommend FurmaXclusive to young family as the resort is quiet, but still within the heart of Seminyak. Travelling around kuta and seminyak is easy and it has direct access to the beach, which gives us a sense of private beach vibe~

Very family friendly Hotel”
I travelled with 3 kids and this was a perfect hotel for them. The rooms are big enough to accommodate 5-6 people and my room came with a huge balcony and faces the sea with amazing sunset view. There are also a lot of family friendly resultants within a few mins of walking distance. The beach is just in front of the hotel. The pool is amazing for kids

The hotel was within metres to the beach and access to good restaurants and amenities. Sidewalk food vendors are close by so you can experience street food. Facilities in the hotel are quite accessible and loved the swings in the hotel lobby. All the staff were friendly and professional.

I got an upgrade from one bedroom to a three bedroom apartment. Well...who doesn't like the upgrade, right. Eventhough there is no need for us to utilize the three bedroom, the big space sure give us a comfort! The staff is well trained, always have their smile with them. The hotel itself is just 10 walks away to the beach. Very convenient. The breakfast is moderate, not a plenty of choice to begin with.

This resort I think is the most attractive to kids who like playing in the water and they have also have an indoor playground where they can hangout when it is so hot outside. My son instantly found playmates here.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, Great for kids”
Enjoyed an excellent week at Furama. 2 bed apartment was perfect, very clean with regular servicing. Pool area a bit tired but so great for kids- they spent hours happily entertained between the waterslide, jacuzzi and pool. Also enjoyed to new indoor play area which is a great way toddlers out of the sun! Staff could t do enough to help, the only thing to improve on is speed of food and drinks but a very small thing in a very enjoyable week.

Love our studio room. It's so cute how all the rooms have terrace entrances. It was big and spacious and above all very clean . Just steps from the beach, it's very centrally located but we really enjoyed the pool and slides even though we aren't little kids.

Hotel near Seminyak Beach”
Great location that is a stone throw away to Seminyak Beach. Room are available with big apartment style hotel. Has a kid swimming pool with playground setup. Located within the hotel is an indoor kid playground called Waka Waka and cost IDR 100k for whole day playing with free snack (cost around IDR 40k per food portion). Hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. Recommended hotel for all. Some facilities inside the room seems old but in good working condition.

First time at this hotel and very happy with our choice , the location in Seminyak with the beach right across the road is perfect , we got the two bedroom self contained villa they were able to place us on the ground floor as we had a baby and pram to carry was great, very clean rooms, friendly staff and great facilities for the kids, the breakfast was a little ordinary, otherwise we had a great stay.. Will definitely be back

I would thoroughly recommend Furama Xclusive for a stay. The hotel is suffering a little from a big need for maintenance, but in time this will happen. The rooms are large, clean and have all the amenities for an enjoyable stay. The staff are friendly and always willing to assist. The hotel is situated very close to the beach and there are restaurants and other services very close. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Footsteps away from the beach. Water playground available for kids but pools are 1.65m deep. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious with living area. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Entry to hotel required to pay 2000idr per entry for vehicles so if order grab or Gojek be sure to tip or compensate for the entrance fee. Indoor playground available, be sure to bring yo kids socks! Enjoyed our short stay there
