Made great memories!”
Stayed from 5/11 to 3 nights. It was a hotel that was more than enough to experience something different. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the cleaning was well done and comfortable. When I skipped cleaning the room, I received a discount coupon for the shop, so I was able to buy a lot of souvenirs. The staff members were actively greeting and taking pictures, and I was happy with their high level of service. One thing that was disappointing was that I had made a reservation for breakfast at 6:30, but I ended up lining up with those who didn't have a reservation at first. The staff didn't come to call me, so I thought it was strange and went up to ask the staff, and then I was guided in first. I understand that there may be a shortage of staff, but I thought it would be better if they could at least create a lane for guests who have a reservation at 6:30 or set up a signboard at the entrance (Please come to the restaurant reception, etc.) to provide guidance. I hope that improvements will be made in the future. Other than that, it was a very satisfying hotel. I will visit again. Thank you for your hospitality.

The resort is filled with facilities such as indoor and outdoor baths similar to a sauna open-air hot spring, an indoor swimming pool and an outdoor swimming pool that is as big as a municipal swimming pool, and private beaches. The resort staff are also friendly, and there are carts for customers to move around conveniently according to the scale. There are Chinese, Western, and Japanese restaurants inside the resort, and they can also be packaged for room service. In addition, there are outdoor restaurants (similar to Bossanova with performances), and a Japanese course cuisine restaurant called Hanare. There is also a water park for children at the outdoor swimming pool. It can be called a resort that is optimal for family trips ^^

Comfortable, convenient and good scenery”
It was a winter stay, but the temperature was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was luxurious, with a choice of Japanese and Western dishes from two restaurants. The grounds are spacious, so it can be difficult to get around, but if you call the front desk, they will pick you up by cart. The large communal bath is spacious, and there is also an indoor heated pool where you can play even in winter. The hot wine we had at the outdoor bar during the chilly hours was amazing.

Although there were many negative reviews on other sites, it was the best stay for us. Despite being a cheap plan, they upgraded us and the room was very comfortable! The facilities were also excellent and we enjoyed it so much that we couldn't express it in a word. Although many of the staff were young, they were all very hardworking and likable! It is definitely one of the recommended accommodations! Thank you very much.

A great resort with a nice atmosphere”
We recently stayed at Fusaki Beach Resort for our honeymoon in Ishigaki, and we had a great time. The staff are superbly helpful. The villa was nice, clean, and sat amid beautiful garden surroundings. There are three nice pools between the accomodations and the beach, and there are several restaurants around the resort. It was an easy 10-15 minute taxi ride to Ishigaki Port, which cost 1300-1500 yen. There is also a bus stop about 8 minutes from the resort on foot, though buses are infrequent. My one critique of the hotel is that I wasn't quite happy with the pillows. I found it hard to sleep with the pillows. If I went again I would bring my own pillow. One other thing is to be careful if your plan includes dinner at the restaurants. Some restaurant staff were unaware that some plans include dinner, and we were almost charged for our dinner several times. Be sure to show your dinner ticket before you enter. But it turned out fine. It was a great place.

Beautiful Property and Amazing Staff”
This beach resort was incredible! The staff were very helpful especially because my partner and I do not speak much Japanese. The food was a bit expensive, but it was very delicious. The only negative point is that it is a bit far from the city and there is limited transport times. You have to plan your trips into the city very carefully. I will definitely be coming back again!

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days - Great location to go near by places - We are vegetarian - the hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate our dietary needs n they also curated 8 course special vegetarian dinner for US - which was very tasty n yummy Pool area is huge n are open till late evenings As the resort is at beach front - beach accessibility n marine sports are on spot Lucky to get good weather with mix of rain n sun - Ishigaki rained are welcome change for humid climate We highly recommend this resort - n hope to come back !!

Wonderful vacation ”
We came as 2 families, each with 2 kids - ages 2 and 0. The resort was perfect. My only complaint is that the golf carts used to transport guests from the further buildings to the facilities use the same roads/paths for traveling that pedestrians do. If there was a separate path the carts took, rather than the main road through the resort, that'd be ideal. We spent a lot of time worrying about our toddlers being in the way of a cart just by walking. It didn't feel like a safe place for them. The food was pretty expensive on the resort, but taxis were readily available out front to take us elsewhere. The staff was kind and courteous. Our experience was wonderful and we are already contemplating booking another trip this year. I highly recommend for young children.

Great fun hotel ”
Great pool, attentive staff. The hotel is right on the beach, a small village but everything feels close due to the inner taxi free service. Great spa, nice breakfast. Fun sea activities. They charge for everything though, for example when it was windy but very sunny they had to close all the umbrellas so the only shaded place you could be in on the beach and pool was a shaded booth that cost 3000jpy a day.

Excellent for a stay with children”
Our children love the pool and water park at Fusaki Beach Resort. We visited a 2nd time. The resort is of high quality in terms of service and esthetics. Dining options are limited but Ishigaki City is just a 15mins drive.

Really nice stay at Fusaki”
This resort is really nice and has everything you might need. The staff is really friendly and the facilities, especially the outdoor pool next to the beach, are awesome. The room itself was a villa type and the old toilet was a bit disappointing so I would recommend choosing other types of rooms (I haven’t been there but here is hoping the rooms are better than the standard villas). Food is expensive but good. All in all great stay!

Not our thing, but not a bad place”
First of all don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with this place but it just didn't suit our needs and compared to the place we stayed at in Miyako the day before it didn't feel as good. Staff were excellent, no complaints there. Facilities were also great with a pool, pool bar, water sports, private beach etc etc. But I'd say that this place is more for families and not couples. Kids were running all over the place and it was a bit too noisy for our liking. Also the private beach wasn't that clean (compared to Miyako) and the water wasn't as clear as the website would make you believe. The breakfast and dinner buffet that came included was top notch though! We are until our stomaches were about to burst! I can see this being a great place for families but if you're going as a couple and prefer a quiet place this is probably not for you.
