We booked the hotel so we can get a short getaway. The swimming pool is large and open untill 10 pm, so we could have dinner Bu the pool. The breakfast is also tasty with a lot of choices. But it can be very crowded in the weekend,.

First i would say thanks to Agoda for cheap rate (i would go to other hotel if it’s not because agoda voucher was so cheap and make it value for money) This Hotel is Quite expensive due to the prime location, standard room (actually small) with standard amenities, and no minibar. Room was a bit smelly at first entering. Breakfast was great, delicious food, plenty option, and the main attraction for this hotel no others than the “Pool” kids love it. I really wish that they can offer an other brand for mineral water, instead of “Equil” Anyway this was a good stay, n only wanna stay again if i get agoda cheap voucher for bigger room

I paid for non smoking room, but the receptionist gave me a smoking room without confirmation.. i called receptionist and asked to move to non smoking rooms, but she said no room available.. so upset.. i said to her, why she didnt ask me first, if no room, i didnt stay at this hotel.. she answered me "u cant reschedule if u booked from Agoda".. then i said "i dont want to stay if i know no non smoking room available, its ok , i dont care about refund. I really care about my children's healthy.. coz this room full of smokes".. but finally they call me back, and i can move to non smoking room.. next dont do this please.. confirmation first..

I've come to this hotel for many times. Well, the rooms is quite big than any other hotel in this city but the facilities such as bed is quite small, TV screen is quite old, and many more. I think its just so so. One thing that makes me wanna comeback here is the swimming pool. Its big and clean.

The staff is not friendly when we request for somethings. The check in is very slow. Many times we have registered our car to get the complimentary parking however once we are going out, they would not let us go thru without paying even though we have said many times we have registered the car with the lobby and a guest in this Hotel. The lady at the parking gate was very unfriendly and rude. Otherwise, the hotel is very good and location is excellent espcially if you are attending wedding at Upperhills Convention.

during my stay, the water pressure in bathroom varies alot. The water pressure in shower rapidly change im not sure if due to lack of water or the hotel wanted to save money on water. But other than that, it was a great place to stay with great facilities
