Really clean hotel, smart design”
The hotel was sparkling clean, beds were well made and the guests were separated far enough so they wouldn't disturb each other at night. The toilets on each floor were also very clean with everything you need including the hair straightener, body lotion etc.! Independent and clean shower rooms are available only in the basement level with the public bath. Though Sapporo and Japan is generally quite safe, two recommendations I have for the hotel would be: 1. At the public bath level, staff someone to ensure the safety of female residents, because this level is open to the public, it is a little scary to go down alone at night. 2. The curtains to seal off the cabin is really sound proof, but makes it a little stuffy inside as well, suggest to have independent heat controls and small fan in the cabin for better ventilation Nonetheless the hotel offers superb value for money, the staff was also very helpful, would recommend it to any solo travelers.

New, very neat and clean. Their public bathroom is very large and also has the sauna room, all necessities supplied was provided. Good location, there is 7-11 on the 1st floor and tram station in front of the hotel. Close to subway, Odori garden, Tanukidoji and Tsutsukino which are convenient for shopping and finding good restaurant and drink. Price is reasonable for the capsule hotel.

Would stay here everytime I'm in Sapporo!”
Amazing value. I was travelling for work and there is lots of desk space with power points/wifi in hotel lounge. Stayed in a double room which also has a desk. None of the rooms here have a private bathroom/toilet which might be an issue for some travellers, but facilities are super clean. There is a public bath and sauna but if you don't like to get naked with other people then there are shower cubicles.

I went to sapporo by myself . It was hard to find a good hotel and affordable for me since I personally do not want to stay at susukino since it is a red light district area. Almost all the hotel in odori park are expensive and when i found this hotel, i was happy. The area is so good, there is seven eleven right beside the hotel (connected) and seico mart across the hotel. So near to a lot of good restaurants and bakery. The room is great, lounge area is so nice, and the onsen area is so good. Definitely worth the money and would stay here again if i ever come to Sapporo for the 2nd time

Great central location: Odori subway stn exit#10 and underground mall just around the corner. 7-11 convenience store at L1. Also there's a Seicomart convenience store and streetcar stn across d hotel. Walking distance to Odori Park, tv tower, Susukino district, lots of shopping ( inclu Tanukikoji shopping street)and restaurants nearby. Gd breakfast selection, food items more or less the same every morning. Adequate space in deluxe suite. Doesn't feel claustrophobic. Pretty firm bed. Daily housekeeping but all guests hv to leave rm during 10a-3p. Living quarters on upper floors and hv lavatories on same level; bath/shower/hot bath/sauna on B1 though. Overall i'll stay again in future.

The guest room has a large ceiling space so that you can change clothes while standing on the bed compared to the conventional capsule, and I think that you can use it even for customers who are not good at closing a little. The beds are from Simmons and you will be able to relax and rest with a fluffy look. If you are staying next time, there are some eco-plans where you only need to change the towels and do not need to clean. I’m a female solo traveler and I couldn’t stress enough how lovely my stay here was. I love everything! The location was perfect you can just walk and see the famous tourist spots in the city. The lounge was great but what I love the most about my stay here was the bath in the basement. It’s so relaxing to have a long bath after your hectic sched on your trip!

This is the best capsule hotel I have ever stayed in. The beds are single beds instead of stacked capsules. There is a public bath with 3 pools and a sauna as well. The only improvement is that the luggage space is too small for most luggages

Have an area under the bed to lock luggage and smaller locker inside the cabin for valuables. The locker for luggage is not too high so big luggage will not fit. Have free earplugs and razors in the lobby. Have public bath or private bath in basement. The regular all naked public bath in Japan.
