The required updates on passport and customer information were done as suggested through requested link, however, no email/information of the entrance passcode or room were provided. At the place, no staff were present at all time I stayed. Luckily, the other guest at the place provided assistance or else we cannot find any help.

Very trouble and complex check in system ”
This hotel send me the check in method a few days before my check in by email. (Can you sure everyone will check email everyday?) However, it is a very trouble and complex on line check in! I need to filled all members information and upload all members’ passports! The system was not stable, always error when uploading information and passport photo! In the email there is another link show me how to check in, but it cannot be open! So, I can’t get the entrance password of the hotel! Even I finished all check in requirements on line, I still cannot enter the hotel! Finally, I need to call their staff by roaming idd to solve the problem! The room I have booked is on 3rd floor, but finally it give me the 2nd floor room! Waste my time! Waste my money! I always booked apartments but never treated as this time! If I know the check in system like this, I will not try it! Hope everyone know this before chosen it!
