Positivies 1. Location, its next to balad and many sites 2. Price is good 3. Staff were nice Negatives 1. Hotel smells like dirty socks very humid 2. Hot water didnt work in my room so had to swap rooms 3. For a paid breakfast there were not many options 4. Hotel skimps on minor stuff like shampoos, ironing board were poor quality etc.

Moldy, damp rooms”
It’s cheaper than everywhere else for good reason. This hotel might have been nice 15 years ago but it’s so gross now. It’s so damp and wet inside the rooms, the rooms are Moldy and you just don’t feel good staying there. Breakfast is not bad though I guess

Lots of things non properly operationnal( HVAC, hot water heater..), room not very clean, some personnel very helpuful, some not at all (mainly for food), food quality questionable.

No coffee port, staff are not professional, Breakfast included but because of the ramadan, i couldn't get it. And no refunds. I requested the hot water, never bring it, and i called them again its chargeable, how come hotel has no kettles?
