A self-service hotel, but value of the money”
I travelled often to Jeddah for business, most of the hotels in Jeddah are very expensive and it cost me a lot as I stay there for a long time normally, I need to find an economics hotel which must be clean, wifi available, good location for transportation and restaurants...Golden Park Apartment meed my requirement! I always stay in Golden Park Apartment since the first stay in this hotel in 2013 when I stayed this hotel more than one month. It is a home-feeling hotel.

No regular maintenance”
I should have expected it as this was an apartment not a hotel; but the room was not cleaned even once through out my stay of 5 days. The curtain fell off which was not fixed. The flush would not worked which was fixed using some temporary arrangement. Otherwise, the staff is very cooperative. Location is fantastic as it is very close to the corniche with some good western restaurants around the place. There are a couple of Indian restaurants that are right across the street to the hotel, which are very expensive for the quality and ambiance. Oh, the swimming pool is a joke in the hotel. It is just a large bath tub. And it is right next to the reception, so I am not sure how comfortable you'll be in getting your clothes off there. You generally find small kids playing in that pool. No Gym which was a bummer. I wish they at least had a skeleton gym for business travelers.

This apartment has no relation to Stars. Agoda site classified Golden Park as 4 Stars apartment but in reality are not.

the rooms were neat and modest. we stayed for 4 nights but no one came for room servi've.”
also we had to ask for a kettle and some cups to make tea. in spite of being a service apartment no dishes were provided. water always collected in the bathing area and would take some time to drain away.

It was very pleasant. The initial impression is not favourable as the outside is scruffy, but inside, everything is orderly and efficient. The cleanliness of the place was exemplary, and everything worked. No complaints at all. I will stay there again and highly recommend it for someone looking for a clean, quiet place to stay in a great location.

booked business suite. When I entered the room, it was smelly and not ready and the staff mentioned that they did not receive instructions from their management. They cleaned the room, but the smell did not go. I was advised that I should keep the aircon temperature below 22 deg C to get rid of the smell (which was very strange). I have stayed in this appart-hotel previously and had a better experience along with coffee and tea & water kettle, which was not provided when I checked in, however later when requested, the staff obliged. The staff otherwise was very helpful.
