Budget hotel for someone who loves to travel”
The hotel staffs are very accomodating especially Br. Tariq who assist us and very kind to us with all the request and questions. The hotel crews also are very helpful. The place is near to restaurants and Korean&Japenese Store and filipino store. More restaurants nearby. Will definitely inform my friends about this hotel and I will book again once I visit riyadh.

Good and Acceptable”
Booked 1 BedRoom appartment for a good deal. Place is nearby groceries and restaurants. You won't have any problem finding place to get food. Receptionist was friendly, speaks both english and arabic. It didnt take long when checking in. Apartment was spacious and clean. Furnitures are a bit old but wasnt a problem. Bathroom is clean and has good water flow for hot and cold. No towels were provided though, but we brought our own. Only 1 pair of slippers inside the bathroom. Bedroom is spacious and clean. Aircon works fine and quiet. Kitchen has working stoves, microwave oven and electric water kettle. They have pans plates and glasses, but dont have spoon, fork and other utensils. Check-out was no problem. Overall: Good restful experience. Will come back again.

Hotel is located where lots of filipino restaurants are and other restaurants. Good for groups as it is very cheap. Staffs are accommodating. Only downside is it is a bit old building so needs rennovation- re paint the rooms, change new bed sheets and furniture. 😊

Every month we book here cause of it's nearby access to restaurants, bakery, pharmacies, grocery stores, hospitals and malls. The price is affordable. Very approachable staffs especially Tariq, the guy at the reception.
