Renovation is a must.”
All I can say is they need to renovate the hotel. The rooms is spacious but not that clean maybe because it’s old. Everytime I go to hotels the first one I am checking is the bathroom and then the kitchen. And this is the first time I didnt go to the kitchen as it does not look clean at all. The bathroom tiles have stains not to mention the comforter in the bed has blood.

This building needs MAJOR repair. it should not be allowed to operate unless they fix their rooms. its only convenient for people who have appointments at the hospitals around that area otherwise i will not recommend this one especially if you have small kids. the room is tiny, dirty and smells bad as u enter the room. rusty bathrooms, weak water pressure, only 1 AC works and d rest is same like electric fan,the linens are not changed for new customers, i noticed stains and hairs in the beds, i always carry with me bedsheets everytime we travel especially this time of pandemic. we booked the 2BR apartment but its so small, the sofaset is dirty and worn out, u can feel the wood. the lights are dim and most are not working that makes the room dark.the pictures do not corresponds to the actual room. the kitchen is useless. we booked for 3days but we stayed there only the night we arrived and we checked out the next day. we will never be back to this hotel.

This hotel has great location in terms of facilities around it. The staff in general try their best with unfortunately very limited resources and very old product. I have been in the property for 2 days and unfortunately a faulty TV decoder and The AC. The hotel is OK for a single, will be difficult for a family.

تجربه اكثر من سيئه من حيث نظافة المكان ودورة المياه بابها سحب لايأخذ راحته من يدخل بها لانه شبه مفتوح يعني يستطيع الشخص الموجود خارجها ان يرى من بالداخل بلاط الجدار غير نظيف والبانيو يوجد به بقايا شعر والجلسات من المفترض تنظيفها وفي ظل ظروف جائحة كورونا لم يتم اتخاذ أي إجراءات احترازيه أو تعقيم المكان أو المبادرة بذلك وإضاءة الممر لاتعمل وعند طلبي من العامل تغييرها قال انه سيأتي الكهربائي لاصلاحها غدا مع العلم انه من المفترض أنها تعمل من قبل استلامي للشقه لكن حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل والأثاث قديم وعند طلبي فرش للأطفال ندمت لإحضارها لي لأنها قمة القذارة ومهترئه وقديمه ومتعفنه وممزقه وللأسف لم اصور المناظر البشعه لتوثيق ملاحظاتي ولردع هؤلاء الأشخاص التي لايهمها الا الحصول على المال فقط حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل

الموكيت غير نظيف والانارة شبه معدومه ”
الموكيت يفتقر النظافة ويوجد توسخ وتصبغات كثيره، أيضا الانارة تكاد تنعدم وبحاجه إلى صيانه و تغيير اللمبات ولا يوجد اهتمام بذلك من قبل الموظفين حيث لم يتم إصلاح اللمبات حتى تمت مغادرة الشقة

مستوى النظافه اقل من منخفض الصاله جدا جدا قذرة الكنبات غير قابله للجلوس عليها لم استطع البقاء ليلتين الواقع مختلف تماما عن الصور .. اتمنى اقدر ارفع الصور لمستوى قذاره الصاله ودورات المياه والمطبخ غرف النوم السراير نظيفه لكن الجدران والارضيه لا مادري وش المانع لو نظفوا المكان صراحة سعده لاستناسب اطلاقا مع قيمته

الصراحة غلطه حجزت في هذا الفندق فندق اي كلام والموظف الصراحة غير محترم لأني جيت متاخر اخر ليل ورفض السحب بالبطاقة جلته بكره اعطيك كاش رفض اعطانا الغرفه الا بشده اخوي زين كان عنده كاش. الشقه غير نظيفه ريحه الله يساعد خدمات الفندق تعبانه😞😞😞

اولا الحجز لم تصلهم بياناتي كاملة. رقم جوال والايميل؟!! وهذا خطأ منكم ثانيا التعامل ازعجوني على موضوع تسجيل الدخول بشكل مبالغ فيه مع ان مبلغهم يفترض يكون مضمون ثالثا السكن كان اقل من المتوقع باستثناء غرف النوم. الباقي عادي جدا واقل من عادي وليس كما في الصور رابعا الخروج ايضا كانوا معقدين ولم اجد المرونة المعتادة. برغم اني سجلت دخولي الساعة 12 صباحاً. وخرجت 3:30 عصرا. خامسا الهدوء للأمانة هذه تحسب لهم فالمكان هاديء ومريح
