Favorite hotel in Kyoto”

I spent a weekend at Good Nature Kyoto, part of its great location the hotel is wonderful. Great facilities, beautiful, clean, lovely smell and so relax. I just wanted to stay there and chill. The bedroom is at the same level big bed cosy sofa, beautiful tableware and tea set, etc. one of the best hotel i have been in Japan and great price too!

Excellent Hotel”

The rooms were really big and nicely designed! Everything in the room is well thoughted up. In the lower levels of the hotels, there are a few restaurants and a shop/cafe that sells really interesting stuff.

a perfect experience”

Good nature hotel is a fantastic property, but moreover an exceptional experience. Their conceirge, especially sonoko and yuko helped us snag last minute, amazing reservations we wouldn't otherwise ever find or be able to get. They were so welcoming and knowledgeable. The hotel itself is stunning and feels like an oasis - perfectly located in Kyoto. Everything in Gion is walkable from Good Nature and you'll leave feeling even more relaxed and energized than you can imagine. A big thank you to the staff, especially Sonoko who made our experience incredibly special!!!

Staff generally speaks good English and very smart, helpful and very good attitude. 2 hardware issues in my experience 1/ only 2 elevators in 1 side on each floor, since the floor layout is a long recentangle so if you room is in the opposite side of the elevators, there's a long walk for you to go back to your room. 2/ on each floor the common area is put on carpet so is very difficult to move your suitcase especially is is heavy and your room is on the other side of the elevators.

Only negative remark is the shower room has no blind or curtain hence no privacy when one takes shower. Otherwise, it is a highly recommended hotel to stay.
