New hotel at a good location ”
It opened in 2021 Sep, so everything was very clean and neat. The staff was friendly. And the location was great as it's close to all the good restaurants and convenience stores. I'd definitely stay here again when I revisit Sapporo.

We had a great stay here. The location was convenient and only a few minutes walk from the bus stop and subway station. Lots of great restaurants and convenience stores within vicinity. Room was very clean and offered complete amenities needs including a hot bath at the roof top. Highly recommended!

Hotel is pretty new hence all is rooms and facilities are fairly new. Location is good, right outside exit 4 of Hosui susukino station and within walking distance to shopping street Tanuki koji. The public bath is also good too, with all amenities provided for. Bed is comfy and rooms are clean.

Lovely hotel with modern and new furnishings. Room is larger than average hotels in the same price range in Sapporo. There is no cleaning for less than 4nights stay but that’s fine. Best among out of those we stayed in Hokkaido!

Nice location and well design ”
The location just upstairs of subway and there is many restaurants and convenient store nearby. The hotel provide spa and gym room. The most amazing point is you can store your luggage under the bed

Good location/ nice spa/good staff”
It was 5mins walk from the airport bus which was good. Since I had 2 luggages^^.and the spa/big bathtub on the 13 floor was nice to take a rest after whole day trip from home. Recommend it specifically arriving from aurport. And many choices of restaurants around.

Exceeded expectations”
Although room space was rather limiting, the layout of things was well thought through. Loved the green approach and also the bathroom toiletries. Location was close to most of the must-go spots - just about ten to 15 minutes walk. Onsen at the rooftop was great especially aft a whole day of walking! Only thing I didn't quite get was the "seating charge" at the bar. Will be back again nevertheless!

New, clean & convenient location ”
Room is decent, very clean and new. But a bit too small for 2 large luggages and don’t have wardrobe space. Facilities such as indoor/outdoor Onsen is my favourite. It is right outside mrt exit and short walk to many late eateries and the Tanukikoji shopping area. Hotel lobby also provide complimentary items such as sachets of skin care, lotion and more tea selections. Great stay!

It was my first time in Sapporo and i would always go back to Granbell! The location was super convenient, the staff was friendly and the room was welcoming. They even have an Onsen which i didn't know and was super happy about! (Also accessable with tattoos, which is a plus for me^^) Enjoy your stay!

Spacious comfortable hotel”
Centrally located about two blocks away from Susukino station, it is a short train ride or 20 min walk to JR Sapporo Station. The rooms are big for Japan and the hotel facilities are modern and new. The rooms also provided two pillows each (one hard and one soft) which was much appreciated but the bed was a little bit hard. The public bath on the top floor has a large indoor bath and a small outdoor bath. The staff can speak English well.

The hotel was great, looked like it was newly constructed. The hotel rooms had a great feel to them with great lighting. The hotel had its own gym and bath area which were in top condition. Staff were friendly, I couldn't ask for more.
