It's not a newest hotel, but well maintained. The location is good, it's in the area where it's not smoring hot, but also still near the city center. Nearby there are good restaurants. The facilities quite good, parking lot is comfort enough. The staffs are friendly and helpfull

Before the pandemic this is on of the best hotel i always stay, but after the pandemic seems like the hotel not in good condition, the room not in the good condition, even the AC cannot be cold enough, Hotel management need to be review and do all renovation if they would like to survive, thank you

4 Star Hotel but less comfortable”
This Hotel located near centre of Semarang, but Wifi is not so fast enough, and entertainment (TV) is still old school. The room is just fit enough, not Big one if you are travelling with young children, also the size of bed just fit for 2 person only. The variety of breakfast not so many and taste of the food I think is below my Expectation

Once was best hotel in town, well, not anymore ...”
My last staying here probably 15 years ago. Not many changed since then. Therefore, you can't compete with other new comers unless you significantly adapt. Unfortunately, they don't. Most of the facilities are the old ones. But they still are correct choice if you're in business trip looking for perfect location. But if you travel with your family, look somewhere else!!!

Pleasant Hotel in an excellent location”
Spacious and comfortable junior suite room, room was nice and bright during day as well as in the evening, AC temp was perfectly set. Our only negative comment is the cigarette smoke in the hotel lobby which is badly ventilated. People smoking should do it outside, not in the building.
