Were upgraded because of an overbooking of room type, no extra cost. Clean, comfy hotel that is on busline that will take you too most parts of Jakarta. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food good and very nice bar and lounge. Great music played live most of the day. Obviously grand hotel of earlier days, but very comfortable

Perfect from start to finish! We were welcomed by friendly staff. They showed us to our room with private view of jakarta! We woke up after a fantastic sleep in an extremly comfortable bed. We only wish we could stay longer. We would definitely recommend this hotel and can't wait to return.

first impression is "grand". very good location. very good service right from the door, reception to your room services. the staff at the door very helpful to get you a taxi of your choice - though preferred is blue bird and express for first timers. very good food (breakfast) - a very good band at night in the dinner lounge. the ambience of the hotel is really good - would recommend even for families. very specious rooms. hotel provides wireless internet in rooms which in some type of rooms the signal strength is very low. have recommended to them to improve quality of wireless. this i would attribute the no of users using, coz sometimes its good.

I would find this hotel a choice if you should stay near east jakarta area. Especially when you are in Kelapa Gading and Cempaka Putih area (near PuloGadung bus station). The service and everything is OK, but not that good. It is OK if you stay here, the hotel itself is OK. No problem, stay here if you have to go to for business/meeting near around.

we arrived and apparently our room we ordered fully booked, the hotel upgrad it 1 level from our previous book,, the result was amazing,, we were put in the on top floor and the room was huge,, the breakfast are various, but the gym need to upgrade/ renovate the place since kind of old gear too.. overall 4,5 outta 5.. thanks

Classic upper grade 4-star hotel”
typical classic 4-star hotel with spa, kiosk, atm, bar and restaurant facilities. big local shopping mall is near by. reception staff looked professional. altough this hotel is located away from jakarta city centre, very good place to have quiet holidays. rooms have got a wide window with excellent view of sky as there is no high building around.

old room hotel that need to be renovated”
go to the hotel with trans jakarta, but the bus was very crowded at the afternoon (the hotel location was at the way to pulogadung people went home after work). the staffs were a little bit arogant, maybe because my style wasn't like a rich person on holiday (i dressed like university student as usual). The room interior was like an old hotel that never been taken care of. the room lights were very yellow (i even hard to see things in the room although all the lights were on). But, the price was good with big room, good lobby, and many breakfast.

Old but okay”
Old hotel, furniture is old and a bit dirty. Also the sheets are a bit smelly. But the room is spacious and comfortable. For some reason the AC was blowing at full power when the room card is not inserted so the room can be a bit chilly at the beginning. Breakfast is so so.

Really nice n helpful staffs. Nice hotel settings. Cleanliness of room can be improved. But most of the services there required additional charges. No ironing equipments prepared in room. Need to sent to laundry with extra charges. Most of the hotels i've been will prepare them in case we requested, with no extra charges. So we hope they can consider that in the future. and limited variety of foods prepared for breakfast, which did not match the high charges for the dine in experience. Other than that all are perfect.

AC too cold!”
Everything was fine – except the AC! The room felt like a "kulkas" (fridge) when we arrived. You had to leave one card in the room to be able to turn it off (the windows don't open), but it took hours to get a bit warmer. Whenever you left the room and took your card with you, the AC went full power again. What a waste of energy (and comfort).
