We stayed here for our kids event. Its a very quiet place, so better bring your big family. Room furniture mostly old. There's TV but there's no channel, so we can't watch anything. When we arrived, there are some of cigarette butts around the room terrace, and also a used coffee cups that had not been cleaned.

Garden isn't well managed. receptionist claim that g.cempaka don't have w/ agoda, until I show itenerary. Wifi only at resto. If you lucky, you can deal on the spot, and got cheaper rate than agoda. Anyway enjoy to stay here

Great resort with amazing facilities.”
I had a fantastic stay with my team. We took the business suite and the family suite for the 10 partners. Amazing rooms/apartments located on foothill of mountain with a continous sound of a running stream of water ( very light and soothing). Amazing greenery and landscaping with fantastic gardening. Very well maintained lodging and food variety. Only challenge is most of the staff cannot communicate in English. Suggest use a google language converter to speak the same. Indeed the staff is helpful and tries their level best to understand what you are saying, but still suggest one should either know Indonesian language or use a language convertor. I realized its not a challenge with the hotel, its a entire problem with Bogor that most of them dont know english.

The best hotel in puncak for family.”
It has villa with 3 rooms with reasonable price. It have swimming pool for childern to play, fishing pool, cool and fresh air, close to main road. The staff is great, they even wash my car in the morning without me asking. Highly recomanded if you want to stay in large group. I definetly be back again.

Hotel with great garden”
The service was top notch. The hotel staff and the security guard was helpful, good and very friendly The room and bathroom were spacious and good. A nice bed with nice soft blanket and good pillows. The aircon worked well. The room card was worked well when we were trying to open our room and the signed and direction of room was not very clear and need improvement in these 2 areas. I was disappointed of their breakfast .Breakfast got not much selection of cuisines. The choices are only porridge, fried rice, lontong, cracker and curry. The hotel has provided the bread with the butter and jam and no toasted oven was provided. It has nice surroundings, natural plants, great gardens.

a nice hotel for family holiday”
It was a nice hotel for family holiday. We chose the Suite room. Breakfast was for 4 persons although it was written breakfast for 2 at Agoda website. The price is reasonable. We got a mountain and river-view room. There are children playground, spacious garden, and nice swimming pool with an interesting slides. The kind of foods for breakfast are not various though.

It was great to spent time with your young children, all things are good except the business room is too small if you go with your children, I change my room into executive room. Its big and comfortable. The children can do swimming, horse riding or becak riding or just play at the play yard.

this hotel was reasonably handy to taman safari and had a relaxing atmosphere. the rooms didnt have any airconditioning but it wasnt too hot. the buildings looked like they needed a bit of renovating and a thorough cleaning, but overall was neat and tidy. the service was very good and we were treated well.

was stay for 1 during weekend..very crowded with the local indonesian..not recomended during holidays..traffic every where day and night..overrall the hotel are ok with nice environment facing the hill side..need transportation if you need to go any where since the hote ara far from intresting place.

i stay with my wife here, i am hard to find the resort since the place not near on the main street, we have to go to the gang way. about the breakfast, not quiet delicious and the menu only a little, not very worth... when i ask about the price, it sell to us cheaper comparing buy from agoda.

Very Bad hotel”
i with my friends going to this hotel, and this hotel really bad, when i want to check in, the front staff looking not proffesional. and i get the business room. the hotel situation really empty. the room (business) smell really bad, like the room being empty from long time, the bed smell really bad, and no air conditioner in this room. when afternoon, i with all my friend want to go out, seem the hotel situation really scary and after that me and my friends decided to leave the hotel at night, because this hotel condition will not giving us a good rest with the condition. after all, actually we never sleep in this hotel, my suggestion dont take this hotel, its not worthied to pay about rupiah for this hotel, really not worthied.

Fine location hotel with very small business rooms”
We stayed there on Christmas day, no other types of rooms were available, only 2 business rooms left. So I booked them for my family. But those rooms have made us shocked, so small and looked not comfy at all with two tiny "too soft" beds inside. Very low standard amenities, not so clean bathroom. Ants were everywhere in the room, and I've got 4 insect bites when I woke up,which still remain on my skin. I didn't like the hotel at all,also with its poor breakfast. Will not come back again for sure. Not recommended mostly for the business rooms. If u have no option for other hotels at one time, just make sure u'll get a proper type of room here.

Very Dark and Uncomfort Hotel”
Very not recommended hotel, the price is not worth for the room. Very dirty dusty and so many ants eating my snack while I'm going out just for an hour...so dark on the way to room from receptionist. Remind me of graveyard!!! The staff can't give me information about the hotel!! They rarely going around to check condition around hotel...the food are so awful that I rather eat outside even just for breakfast.
