Mr. Angga Wardoyo, the Catappa restaurant manager took good care of us. We are Indians and vegetarian. The chef Andy and Chef Liong made very good Indian breakfast from their ingredients and served us scrumptious meal. They made us feel at home. Thank You for your service.

our room is the best view of new year eve fireworks. room is clean, check in and chec out is fast. there is mix gender onsen and sauna room. need to improve only user can enter. last time many person that not use sitting there. breakfast is many choice, but many menu is cold and not enough table for all guests. need to improve note: car parking is very far and unclear direction. not convenience online food order can not enter lobby. you need to walk ^^

Room, ambience, facilities, and service are OK..except for the BF taste is so so need improvement, the parking area is far and unspacious. The room rate is cheaper than other 4stars hotel on that area. Thank you for providing the connecting room and the welcome cake for my kids. We enjoy our staycation.

The Great Hotel for Short Trip”
The Hotel is Great, as expected from Accor group. The Location is great, because near PRJ (Pekan Raya Jakarya)/ JCC Hall. The Taste of the Food is Good. Room’s price is affordable, but the cleaniss in my room need more attention, because i have stain in my cover of the Pillow. So i can not use it. The staff warmth enough. If you stay for 2-3 days, this hotel is the great choice. (If you bring your car, the distance between parking lot at basement with the Lobby is quite far, so it takes time to get the lobby). Room was very clean and nice, staff very good and friendly. I am vegetarian, i dod request for fried rice and they made it in breakfast and for dinner they made vegetarian food for us as well. Very happy. I asked for USB charger for samsung bcz i had c pin charger but hotel did not have...so need to carry or buy if does not have usb cable with you.
