Arrived one hour earlier than check-in time due to an early arrival in Kyoto. It was difficult to communicate without a Korean staff member, but having a Korean staff member made it very comfortable. There was a room that had been cleaned one hour before, and they kindly guided me to it. The room condition was great and felt very modern. I watched YouTube comfortably before falling asleep.

Great location, clean hotel”
The location of the accommodation is right next to Namba Station and close to Dotonbori. The bed was especially comfortable, and there was a partition, so even if someone in the group showered first and moved around, the light didn't bother others. The breakfast was delicious, but choosing it every day for five days was a mistake. Even though it was in Japan, we had the same breakfast every day. Apart from my personal mistake, there was a coin laundry, so it was convenient to do laundry during the trip and reduce the amount of luggage. On the second floor, there was a coin laundry and a microwave, which was convenient to use. If I visit Osaka again, I would consider staying here again.

Highly Recommend Nice Location”
Its a very nice location, the hotel near many metro station such as Namba. When I go to Kyoto, Nara, Kobe or other place very easy. Hotel is near Commercial street, all the thing you need you can find in there. Staff are very nice and let me put the package in the hotel for temporary storage. The room is new can clean, the hotel have Eco Policy, according to the Eco policy, they will clear your room 1 times per 3 day but the necessary will refill everyday. Overall it's a very good hotel for all people who wanna to go Osaka. Especially recommend to the people who are the first time to go to Osaka. Thank you all the staff severing us these 6 days.

Location is prime! Namba station is just 300 m walk. They always change the towel and ensure that restroom is clean. Our family liked that the toilet is separated from the bath, it is efficient for a group. It’s near nice pubs that is highly recommended to try. The neighborhood food place feels warm and energetic.

Exceptional”
The hotel was very modern, it was aesthetic and most of all really clean. They had everything we needed - there was a shelf in the lobby wherein we can get all the toiletries we needed. Plus they also had a money exchange machine in the lobby. What we loved also was that they even allowed keeping of baggages after checkout. This was really handy since our flight was at 9PM and checkout was at 11 AM. Thank you Grids Premium Hotel, we had a wonderful stay!

Great hotel”
Such a great hotel with it's walking proximity to the subway and Dotonbori. Taking the subway from KIX was such a relief. The hotel was a short walking distance as you exit the subway ( no need to run around trying to find the location). It's also a short walking distance to Dotonbori with all it's great street foods. I got 2 twin beds so the room was very spacious compared to the usual Japanese hotels (able to open my luggage completely on the floor no problem). The hotel cleanliness was top notch. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel the next time I'm going to Osaka. The convenience alone would give this hotel my highest recommendation.

Very good location.”
This place is a good place if you would like to spend most of your time in Osaka. It close to the commercial site, like Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, Den Den Town. The room is clean and tranquil. It is neither too small nor too large. Fair enough for 2 persons with 1 small child (5 years in my case). Only if you have a more than 2 big luggages. It doesn't have much space to keep it open. One thing that me and my wife doesn't appreciate much, but acceptable, is the breakfast. It's always the same due to we stay here for a week. But it'd not a big deal. The taste also good anyway.

Hotel is still very new ”
While you may see a lot of 15 sqm rooms in Japan, this one feels like one of the more spacious ones (easy for opening up luggage, sitting down). Inside decor and lighting makes it look cozy, and room is completely dark in the morning. Location is great, while it is not on the main road, you could get to the metro in 2 minutes (walking). Also, when you leave the luggage at the hotel on a not-so-busy day, they bring it up to your room for you.

The most worthed hotel in Japan, ever!”
If you’re looking for a great hotel near dotombori area, I would 100% recommend this hotel. Located near Namba Station, and walking distance to the famous Glico Sign. The hotel is compact and clean. Room is quite spacious for a Japanese hotel. Definitely would go back to this hotel

Convenient, clean, shopping”
Awesome location!! Transportation just around the corner, shopping mall 5min away, and lots of restaurants nearby. Walking distance to dotonburi and shinsekai. You can leave your luggage at the front too. The only downside was my bathroom. It had a little smell that wouldn't go away. Other than that, we truly enjoyed staying in this hotel.

Near everything essential”
Great place to stay! Will definitely come back. Easy check in and check out. No hassle at all! It got this modern feel and they surely know how to value your privacy. They help you with everything but very discreet so as not to disrupt your peace. They kept out bags too after check out - saved us money instead of renting lockers we were able to enjoy strolling around without our huge luggages. This place is near everything - convenience stores, pubs, subway, arcades, instagrammable foodie places, and more! Room is small for 2 but not cramped we were still able to do all essentials (kinda just hard if you have lots of stuff so travel light!) you dont have to bring a lot anyway because they have it - except for water. You gotta buy your own bottle. But the rest - toiletries, coffee, even a deodorizer and shoe polisher - are there! Overall - great experience and i will definitely come back!

Hidden gem”
Perfect location, close to everything in Namba especially the metro stations which can take you everywhere around the Osaka area. Walking distance to malls and Nihonbashi with all the yummy local food! We are a family of 4, booked the two single beds with bunk beds and it’s spacious, considering Japan room standards. It also has 3 coin laundry machines on level 2 that had both wash and dry functions. Love this hotel, highly recommend!

Super close to Namba station and Dotombori!”
Hotel was very conveniently located near Namba Station and just a few minutes away to Dotombori! Staff was very friendly and check-in was easy. They had complimentary amenities and coin laundry. The room was comfortable and spacious by city standards and came equipped with a humidifier. I will definitely be staying here again!

This is one of the best hotels which I’ve stayed during my current trip to Japan. Staff were extremely helpful and hotel rooms were extremely clean. The room is slightly bigger than the hotels which I’ve stayed in Japan. Kids amenities were also provided. No complains and will definitely stay here again during my next holiday to Osaka.
