The staff of the hotel are friendly, the room is spacious and clean. I would recommend to stay at the room on which facing to rawa pening view. The taste of breakfast is average but the restaurant is spacious.

Stayed 2 nights with 2 young children and 2 teenagers for holidays. The location and facilities inside hotel are the strength aspects. I booked family and deluxe room. Request for high floor if you want better view. Indoor playground is available but it is not free access. It cost 50 thousands rupiah per child, and bring your own socks. The hotel provide free shuttle car to take you from the parking lot/lobby to you room. It is available 24 hours. However, it is not too practical of you are travelling with lots of stuff or when it is raining. The breakfast menu and room capacity might need improvement. Especially when high season, the dining room is very crowded with people and less comfortable. Overall, my family and I very enjoy the time we spent here.

its basically complete staycation, you could have everything there. we are here for new years. it has spacious room and several place for dine in. the staff was very thorough making sure the cleanliness. the crowd was also very well diverse, we have many space just to enjoy breakfast. swimming pool was great, the view was great, there even big musholla. it was a nice holiday
