An excellent stay”
I chose the hostel since it was the cheapest in the area of the Namba station and I really didn't need much for two days, so I had very low expectations - and it resulted in a great hit. The staff was very nice and capable, the room, shower and bathroom were clean, and the bed comfortable. The "capsule" felt as private as possible in a 12-people room. Things to take into account, for whomever is concerned: there is a washing machine at the hostel, but no tumblers. These are available at a laundromat which is within a short walking distance from the hostel. There are lockers (and a lock provided) outside of each room, but it didn't seem legit enough for a passport (ok for other stuff). On the other hand, it's not like there was any shady atmosphere at the hostel, and hanging around Japanese cities with a passport in your backpack is also no problem at all.

Probably the Best Guesthouse I Have Stayed In”
+ve Points Cleanliness: The building is pretty new, so you can expect clean facilities from the bedrooms to the showers to the lounge area. The staff vacuum and clean the area daily. Location: I did not know how great the location was until i checked in. It is a 10 mins walk to Amerikamura and Dotonbori for shopping! Also this location is superb if you have a JR pass as there is JR Namba station 5 minutes walk away. The local metro Sakuragawa is less than a 1 minute away on foot. Very convenient with eateries and family marts/lawson/7-11 splattered all around the guesthouse. Facilities: As mentioned earlier, facilities are still new. Lounge looks beautiful and cozy. Showers are shared. Bedrooms are big enough even though i booked a 12 bed dorm, it still felt as though i had enough personal space. Wifi in room and lounge area. Washer available for 100 yen. Theres a lift so you dont need to drag your luggage up and down the stairs. There are small lockers but please bring your own lock. Staff: The staff were amazing. Really super friendly and miss them so much when i left. Pang + Koh + Chise were very fun and warm and friendly. They would usually join the guests during dinner time and talk to us. Pang even cooked taki for us one night. Bianca is also very friendly and helped me with some recommendations for where to go. Thank you for the awesome stay! MISS YOU GUYS! FINAL THOUGHTS: This is definitely not the cheapest guesthouse especially considering its 12 beds shared dormitories. But i would say definitely the best guesthouse in terms of location cleanliness and staff. I had a wonderful experience and would not mind forking that bit extra for an enjoyable stay.

Cozy and warm welcome from hosts”
The guesthouse is 20 minutes walk from Namba area. The hosts are very nice and welcoming. The place is clean and provided all that is necessary. I would stay there if I have a chance to visit Osaka again.

Great location, spacious room, friendly staff”
Located only 5mins walk away from the Nambo,Shinjoku shopping districts, this riverside guesthouse also comes with complete cutlery, kitchen equipments (a small induction stove) and a large public area to chat,relax and dine. Cooked wagyu beef and sliced some sashimi here. Rooms are spacious by Japanese standards, only disadvantage was the poor soundproof, and many ambulances could be heard at night. Still overall a very high CP value, clean and inexpensive option. Would recommend to anyone staying at Osaka. Can also take the metro or electric railway from nearby Sakuragawa station, less people and possibly more seats!

Returning to home”
I was traveling alone in Japan and to be honest this hostel is one of the best and most memorable for me. Everyday returning to this place... It's just like returning home. I stayed in afew hostels on this trip, and the common area of this hostel was one where everyone can bond. There's curtain which provide a lot more privacy & the foldable table on the deck bed was so awesome,The hostel is clean and the staff are the sweetest~ thank you everyone. Special thanks to Pan-San & Chi-Chan for your help during my stay. I miss you guys so much.

Exceptional”
Location is very stategic. A short walk to Dotonburi and the Namba Station. There is a nearby direct train line to Kansai Airport which is very convenient. The staff are warm and very helpful. The Guesthouse is right at the corner of a big street and traffic noise, though not that loud, can be heard in the dorm rooms. There is only one toilet in our floor (12 occupants) but it was not really a problem as long as you don't go at the same time.

Staff very friendly and helpful, speak superb English Very close to namba, dotonbori and subway. Very clean, well equipped kitchen. If you don't mind staying in double bed with other people in the room, who may or may not snore loudly, then this is perfect.

it's so close to Dotonbori , maybe five to ten mins on foot. When you are tired of shopping , you even can go back to hostel and take a rest. and then go out having fun again :P it's also close to Minami too!!! This hostel is really convenient and the employees are friendly . I can feel free there .

Good to stay for 1 night”
I'm there for one night. Pros: Clean and lift available, provide hair dryer and locker to place your belongings. Cons: Not provide towel, a bit far from downtown, there's no convenience store or restaurant around the guesthouse.

Very accomodating and they are able to assist me well with our self chek-in. They speak english well and staffs are friendly. The hostel facilities was clean. They also have lockers and you may hang out in the pantry anytime... thank you for having us. 🌻

Staff was lovely, so nice to me. Bed were huge and very comfy. I don't have anything to complaint though because the fact this hostel is near to sakuragawa station, easy for me to go anywhere. Thank you guesthouse SUN :)

Clean place”
I stayed for 3 nights. The place is clean and the bed was comfortable. The hostel is about 10 mins away from Dotonbori so it's a bit of a walk. Other than that, the staff can speak English, Korean, Spanish and Japanese.

everything is fine. toilet and showers are clean and tidy. bed is good enough to sleep in. the only downside is that it is not a place for people with large luggages staff are friendly and easy to talk to
