Great hotel”
The hotel Rooms are clean and spacious. The location is perfect; very close to Seef Mall . The staff were very friendly and helpful. Miss. Fatima at the reception was ready to answer all the questions with a smile that would never leave her face , thank you Fatima for making our stay at the gulf court hotel very peaceful. From the sales team another Miss. Fatima (coincidence) also with a Mona Lisa smile was ready to help and advise us to get the best of our stay . Thank you Gulf Court Hotel for the unforgettable Eid holiday. For sure We will be back with plenty of our friends .

اخترت هذا الفندق لتوفر الهدوء والنظافة والبعد عن الازعاج في فنادق الجفير والمعارض. الغرف تكاد تكون متكاملة من حيث الاحتياج الشخصي ولم اواجه مشكلة ما عدا السيفتي بوكس لم يكن يعمل وتم إصلاحه لاحقاً.. ولم استخدم مرافق الاوتيل لضيق الوقت.. مواقف السيارات الخلفية مناسبة للوقوف ولكنها غير مضللة. I chose this hotel for its calm, cleanliness, and distance from the disturbances in the Juffair hotels and the exhibition area. The rooms are almost fully integrated in terms of personal needs and I did not face a problem except for the safety box, which was not working and was repaired later.. I did not use the hotel facilities due to the limited time.. The rear parking is suitable for parking.

Housekeeping was too bad. Plates were not removed from the room even after room service. Napkins were kept when we checked in but on next day after room service only Towels were replaced and the napkins were taken away. There was no shower jel but 2 bottles of Shampoo

The airconditioning is really quite horrible and even though we complained, it is still pretty warm in our room. We got a room that wasnt cleaned well enough. Standards are pretty poor. Staff are nice!
