Literally best value for the money, amazing staffs! Stefen from the pool are is very helpful, and the african lady serving in there is just a sweetheart. The pool is small but very cozy and beautiful. The spa is a must try! I had a prenatal massage and my husband and child used the thermal spa. The lobby has so much character and makes you feel really posh. Bedroom is small but pretty nice. I just don’t like the bed, it’s hard. But overall the experience has been amazing. Will definitely come back

This hotel is very well maintained and have amazing facilities including various Resturant options for all type of food lovers. The pool is amazing especially if you are traveling with kids. The pictures on the Agoda do not do justice for the hotel and the experience you will have when there.

More of a 4 star hotel these days”
Some staff were great and others not so much. No valet staff or anyone to welcome us when we arrived. Park your car and carry your bags up to the reception area. The room is dated and the maintenance is lacking. The typhoon bar/grill food is substandard for the price they charge and the star rating of the hotel. We ordered a steak sandwich and a fish and chips but neither were of good quality. They used cheese squares and the cheapest steak I’ve ever seen, the fish and chips were fries and fish tenders. The pool area was nice but people smoking in the jacuzzi and leaving ash in the water was not. As for the pool bar staff they don’t seem to pay any attention to customers and the place lacks any atmosphere.
