I stayed here for an event at Osaka Castle Hall. There are convenience stores and restaurants near the hotel, so there was no inconvenience, and the transportation access is great. The hotel is on the 2nd floor and connected to the Osaka Castle Kyobashi Promenade, a covered pedestrian-only path. On the day of check-out, it was raining, but I was able to go to the station without getting wet.

Breakfast was also delicious”
Visited for a backnumber live concert again. The hotel is conveniently located near the station and is clean. I repeated my stay because of the great experience with the large public bath. I didn't have breakfast last time, but I had it this time and it was very stylish and delicious. Drinks were also refillable, so I was very satisfied. There is also a convenience store nearby. The room was upgraded, and I am truly grateful. The staff is also clean and kind. Highly recommended! Thank you very much!

Visited Osaka for family visit at a facility. Directly connected to JR Kyobashi Station, convenient access to both Keihan Electric Railway and JR Loop Line. The room was very clean and equipped with a humidifying air purifier, making the throat comfortable. There is also a large public bath, which is rare for a business hotel, and the cost performance is good. It is perfect 👍

깨끗하고 시설도 좋고 지하철역에서 연결되는 다리가 있어 비가와도 다니기 편합니다. 그런데 역이 연결은 되어 있는데 호텔까지 가는 길이 멀고 복잡해서 찾느라 매번 힘들었습니다.

Room was adequate for 2 and was very clean. Bathroom was spotless with heated seat for lavatory and bidet. water pressure was very good with hot and cold water. This hotel was adjacent to a 711 which was very convenient and was 2-3 minutes walk to the JR Kyobashi train station. They provide pajamas and crew were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious but was not buffet style and was a set meal with 3 options. All in all a pretty awesome experience!

We were looking an hotel to enjoy Osaka for one night. It was nice, but not perfect. I'm just kind of disappointed that in this kind of *private* Hotel you can't access the private Onsen if you have tattoo (and it isn't written anywhere) so do like me and ask before to be sure you don't make mistakes.

夜遅く仕事で疲れてチェックインしたとき背の高い40歳くらいの男性スタッフかなり感じ悪く、ビックスマイルはほしいとは思わないけど感じの良い対応心掛けるべき。威圧感ある。他の外國スタッフや朝のスタッフさんはみんな良かったです

駅から近く、ホームの地図の所にもホテルの行先が書いてありすごく分かりやすかったです。 隣接のコンビニとカフェもとても助かりました。 10分位のことろに居酒屋などあって、夜もいいお店が沢山あり、また近くでイベントが、あった時は利用させて頂きたいとおもいます。

駅から濡れずにホテルに到着出来るのでとても便利でした(京橋西口より) 繁華街と反対側なので静かですし、行きたいと思えばこれもまた駅の反対側への通路も屋根付きでした。 アメニティ·お茶コーヒー等は必要なものをフロント前から自分で持っていくスタイル。普段使わないアメニティ置いておくのは気になっていたので私にはありがたいシステムでした。(ヘアブラシとカミソリは有料になったそうです。必要なかったので問題ありませんでした) また滞在機会がありましたら利用したいと思います。

今回ディズニーオンアイス大阪公演を見に行くためこちらのホテルを予約しました。 大阪城ホールまで歩いて行ける距離でした。なんといってもホテルの周辺はご飯屋さんがたくさんあったりちょっとした買い物もできたりして、とてもよかったです。 ホテルの2階はセブンイレブンもあったりと便利でした。 駐車場も24時間以内であれば1000円で停めれたので前日の12時半に止めた私は翌日はゆっくり買い物してから車をだせれたのでよかったです。 とにかく、駅近で周辺にはなんでもあるアクセスのいいホテルでホテル内もとてもきれい！最上階の温泉も最高でした！また利用させてもらいます。ありがとうございました。
