It was the first time I stayed at Bespoke. The hotel is mordern and has a great location near subway and train stations, shops, restaurants and covenient stores. The room is very clean and has everything you need. Cleaning service is provided every day. Highly recommended.

Efficient service and low cost”
The plan we used this time did not include bed-making, but only replenishing the necessary amenities, which made the accommodation fee cheaper and good. The location is also good and it is one of the hotels we want to use again.

Best Hotel in Sapporo”
Being a first timer in Japan, me and my wife had the best holiday so far. We enjoyed Japan because of this hotel. The staff, hotel facade, maintenance, hotel design and room interior. Everything is perfect on this hotel. We're also fortunate that we stayed on the 12th floor and just outside our window view is the Sapporo TV Tower.

Good location near tanukikoji shopping street 1-2 chome and odori station exit 37. My room is clean and can see TV Tower, staffs is very helpful. My luggage may keep in hotel after check-out.

Nice stay and great value!”
Stayed for 3 nights. Nice and clean room, modern design, friendly staffs. Common area (working space) with free coffee& tea served on 2nd floor is very nice as well. The Eco project for stay over is great because I usually don't need cleaning and they just prepare everything and hang it on the door so you can still get fresh towels and coffee...etc.

Perfect location”
The hotel has a great location, within a minute's walk to Susukino Station and three minutes to Nijo Market. The hotel has its own mechanical parking lot, where you can park all day for 1500 yen with unlimited in-and-out privileges. The room is stylish, clean, and comfortable, with stable hot water supply for showering. The double bed room is okay in terms of space, but the bed size is too big for the room, which makes it inconvenient to open luggage for us who have two 29-inch suitcases. It's a shame that there is no humidifier provided in the room. However, the location is really great and the price is reasonable. We will definitely consider staying at this hotel again next time we visit Sapporo.

Best location for shopping”
We travel in 3 hence hotel added one bed in the room for us so the room became super small until we don't even have space for luggage. Other than that the hotel is perfect for shopping, just beside of the 狸小路2. Hotel is clean, the staff was helpful. But the parking is an issue. Is not free and it might be full so u have to parked outside of the hotel.

Although the room is quite small for 3 people, the bathroom is spacious and convenient. The small size of the room may make it difficult to place luggage, but the location is in the heart of shopping and there are many food options. It is also close to the subway station, only about 500 meters away.

Opp the hotel has macdonald, daiso and a pharmacy that opens late for shopping. 3mins walk away from the market where you can wack seafood. 6mins away to take bus to airport.

Good boutique hotel”
The rooms are small which is common in Japan if you want to stay in the city centre but they are well kept & clean. Friendly staff & the breakfast bar serves simple but delicious & healthy breakfast. Stayed here for a total of 6 nights while in Sapporo & we loved it 👍🏽👍🏽

Conveniently located near shopping and train station”
The room for 3 people has limited walking space but still manageable. The bathroom is clean and new. There is a Lawson at the hotel entrance and it only takes 2-3 minutes to walk to Tanukikoji shopping street. There are many restaurants around the hotel. Donki is just 2 blocks away and the train station is just across the street, very convenient.

Hotel with good location and reasonable price”
Stayed for more than a day, the hotel location is very good, next to Tanukikoji and close to Odori Station. The hotel staff are very friendly, and there are occasionally front desk staff who can speak Chinese. Even if you speak Japanese, you can feel the warmth of the front desk. The breakfast is simple and luxurious, the seafood and hot spring eggs are delicious, and the atmosphere is great. The room has everything it should have. This price is very satisfactory, even with the evaluation of the elderly travel companions.
