Great place right infront of chair lifts ”

Stayed for a week, place is great. Position is infront of a chair lift and 1min walk to gondola. Around the corner is the shuttle bus stop that takes you to many different mountains. Staff are super friendly also

Nicest and most helpful staff and great view from room”

I would absolutely recommend this lodge. It is in a great location right behind the kokusai lift and the staff are legends. They came and picked us up from the bus stop and dropped us off also. The lodge is really clean and well organized with a drying room for your snow gear and free breakfast. The room is big and even has a comfy chair which I haven’t had in to many rooms here in japan and there is a massive window with a nice snowy view. Also the bathroom gets a special mention. The shower is space age. It’s like a little space capsule with water jets from all angles and even a radio. If your looking for a place to stay in hakuba near happo one definitely stay here. There is also a bus stop very close by for the free busses that go to the other near by resorts!

Room is nice, but do not drive”

The room is warm and clean, receptionist speaks perfect English. However, we drive and arrived on a heavy snow day and there is a slope before the hotel parking and entrance, even a vehicle with snow tyre cannot go up to park, the hotel staff asked me if my car is 4 WD. It is highly recommanded that if a 4WD vehicle is required, notify the customer in advance would be appreciated. If the hotel can clean up the main road to hotel would also be more friendly to customers who drive. Breakfast is so-so, cereal, milk , coffee, eggs and toast only.

Great Staff/Location”

This Lodge was awesome....loved the freshly cooked breakfast daily. She changes up the breakfast each day which is nice. The only thing was that the sleeping room was cold with the air that came thru the large windows. Had to keep the drapes closed all the time to keep inside warm. Staff was so nice and accommodating which made up for the cold.

Great Location and Wonderful Staff!”

We stayed 7 nights and couldnt have been happier with the location. We were able to walk in and out of the ski lifts for Sakka in Happo One which was great. The staff couldnt be more helpful even going down to the station on our last day to book our bullet train seats while we were on the slopes all day!!! I'd definitely recommend this location.

Great staying experience”

Very big, clean and cozy room and facilities are quite new. Close to Kokusai lift and not far away from Gondola Adam station. Tracy and Po are so nice and we have a very pleasant staying here. Highly recommend this place.

Amazing lodge, with the BEST Hosts.”

We stayed at Landmark lodge in Feb 2018 for 7 nights. The location is great. 150 metres to the happo one mountain. Close to shuttle bus stop for other mountains. 500 meters to the village. Allround great stay, but the standout was the Hosts Po and Tracey, so welcoming and helpful. Gave great recommendations of restaurants and helped out with bookings. We will definitely be back.
