Was amazed by the lobby decor and the hotel is so clean! The hoteliers were so friendly and kind too! They even have a list of recommendations to visit/eat around the old quarter. So don’t worry too much if your itinerary is not ready by the time you reach Hanoi! Room size is just nice for two people. And the decor is pretty:) How can I forget about their breakfast! It’s good and delicious! I took their arrival transfer. The arrangement was a breeze. Just that need to find the driver at the departure hall for about 5-10mins. Too crowded. Overall, I really enjoyed staying one night at bespoke and regretted not staying more than that. This is definitely a good choice to go!:)

Top Notch Service - Excellent Staff”
This great boutique hotel is wonderfully located in the middle of a quiet street. Train street is 2 blocks away which was very convenient, and our room overlooked the tracks. That said, we were there for 3 nights and never heard the train or other noise unless the window was open. David at the front desk presented us upon arrival with a welcome drink, explained all the best places to see and restaurants (and sky bars!) in the city and was most helpful throughout our stay. We took advantage of the free manicure offered at the hotel spa (which was a treat!), and Mai, who managed the spa, was a delight. Our rate included the AMAZING breakfast buffet, including both Vietnamese and Western fare, served at the hotel restaurant (Hong in the restaurant took special care of us with the daily specials). We highly recommend the Bespoke and Trendy!

Great place to rest in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Hanoi Old Quarter ”
Ambience of the hotel lobby is classy and elegant. We were warmly received with a welcome drink and dried apricot snack. Room was clean and cozily sized without feeling cramped. The shower and toilet area are separated , so you get a good segregation between the wet and dry zone. There’s also Netflix on the TV. We were able to get a quiet night and comfortable rest. Hotel breakfast had a good selection, with a mix of local and western options. They serve hot Pho - a great breakfast option in a cool December day in Hanoi. They also serve Egg Benedict as an option, though I found out too late and didn’t get to try. Highly recommend this place if it is within your budget and you're staying in the Old Quarter.

My first trip in Vietnam was extremely wonderful with the great hospitality of the hotel staff!! Pleasantly surprised by the staffs warm welcome at the reception, the welcome drinks and snacks were extremely good and we liked it very much! There was a heart warming hand written welcome note as well 😊Staff were extremely kind, helpful, attentive (their attention to detail was commendable) from Alice, David and Van Le 😊 always providing their warmest smile and recommendations to us (btw their street food recommendations were superb!). hotel room was excellent, extremely comfortable and clean - house keeping did a great job. This is my to go hotel again when I return to Hanoi! Thank you so much to all the staffs from La Siesta Trendy!

This has to be one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a hotel. The hotel is in a wonderful location where I could either walk, catch a Grab car, or taxi. The hotel is gorgeous and the rooms are super comfortable. Just the way it is it gets my recommendation, but what made the stay so much better was that I arrived with uncertainty about my expected trip to Halong Bay. The stress from dealing with the cruise company made it difficult to enjoy my trip but the staff took the time to listen to why there were problems with the cruise company, but worst of all the cruise company was so shady that I didn’t go on the cruise. So, I went where the staff recommended and highly recommend going for a walk at night around the lake. I walked to the lake but the taxi service is very reasonable too and surprisingly more affordable than Grab Car. So, I ended up being scammed by the cruise company, but I am very thankful for the kindness shown by the staff. I’m by no means new to travel, I know to roll with the changes and know that things can go wrong, but in the end, it was the kindness from the staff that kept me positive and just going forward to the next part of my trip. I highly recommend this location for its beautiful decor, the comfy room and bed, the excellent location, and the professionalism of the staff.

Convenient location near Hanoi Train Street. Was warmly welcomed by their staff (Ms Van Le) who introduced the hotel to us and provided insightful advice to touring Hanoi. She was also available via whatsapp to provide more information when necessary. Very friendly! Facilities were clean and great. Room was spacious and clean. Great and comfortable stay for 4 family members (in connecting room). Breakfast selection was great and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly!

Megan and Anh Nguyen went the extra mile in ensuring we had a comfortable stay. They were very friendly and helpful. Megan recommended a restaurant that served excellent local cuisine. She also provided us with some bread for our overnight train to Sapa. Anh helped to arrange for the transfer of our big bag to the next hotel. Location of the hotel is good. The room was very clean and bed was firm. We will certainly stay with Hotel La Siesta Trendy when we next come to Hanoi.

Service from all staff is really good. They will automatically bring your luggage up to your room. And they placed me on the highest, 10th floor despite me choosing one of the cheapest rooms. Location is good too, location on the quieter side of old quarters and near the iconic railway track (can hear the trains when they pass by but its not so frequent so doesn't bother your sleep). Breakfast buffet view & options are great too!

What an incredible hotel. My fiancé and I stayed at the hotel for two nights before our trip to how long day and wished we could’ve stayed longer. The staff, breakfast end room exceeded our expectations. We loved our experience so much we decided to book there for our final night in Hanoi before flying back home to Canada. The best hotel I have visited till now. Upon arrival i were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly, great staffs who knew how to serve the customer, they made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. The location was absolutely perfect. It was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for those who does a great job here, a true sample of perfect excellent hospitality.

Front desk staffs so helpful when i ask questions and airport transfer due to my flight was early in the morning. And they even pack meal box for my early check out. Breakfast also many choices. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. They kindly introduced us to the various places we could visit - not just for sightseeing but also for dining. They also gave us advices like what to take note of when we go to the night market. We also booked a 2d1n halong bay cruise with the hotel; airport transfer. Overall everything is superb and i would definitely stay here again when i visit hanoi.

Just note that cozy deluxe room has no window (like most other hotels) , we asked for an upgrade at the front desk and got a suite for additional usd$25 per night which is very reasonable. I am really impressed by the hospitality of the hotel, on arrival, welcome drink and snacks as you check in. Staff are fluent in English and will go out of their way to assist you. Their pre trip assistance was very useful and helpful, Mr Duong helped to arrange our transport and extra night stay seamlessly. Alice was really efficient in replying texts and assisting with day to day queries. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Would highly recommend!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. They went out of their way for us so many times and were always available on WhatsApp when we needed them! I can’t remember the lady’s name who was our WhatsApp contact but she was fantastic. They also made such a lovely effort to celebrate my partner’s birthday, it was so sweet! Also have to comment on how clean the whole hotel was and what a great job the room turnover staff did too. 10/10 ❤️

Greeted with amazing welcome drinks and towel to refresh after your travel, hotel offers great service by having staff check in on your travel plan in Hanoi and offering help / information accordingly. Room is clean (with exception of occasional mosquito that gets in). Shower pressure is amazing. Flush is not strong but works sufficiently if you hold on longer. Would definitely recommend to all.
