"Nice hotel - but a staff that doesn’t have any idea on how to check in. I used over 10 minutes to check in, and I was told that they stay wasn’t paid for - despite that I have booked and paid through the Agoda app. Anyways - we had a lovely room - and a lovely breakfast."
