Harris hotel”
It's nice to have a car-free day on Sundays, but it's difficult to get out if the car-free day hasn't ended yet. There are many food options and the swimming pool is combined with a coffee shop, so you can watch your children while enjoying a cup of coffee. However, the water is a bit dirty, hopefully they can turn on the filter more often. The service is good and friendly, lost items are kept well.

Good option 4* hotel in Semarang with proper facilities, suitable for family and good location. The only remark is about the parking lot on 5th / 6th floor which is very narrow for going up (should be careful), or better option parking at basement / ground floor

Harris has their reputation, the only problem is that they don't have different lift for concierge and other services. So when it was peak time for guests to have breakfast and check out, the concierge took a very long time to get to the ground level.

Comfort spacious room, great for family trip”
The room exceeded our expectation. Very value for money. Location is in the center of Semarang, near Simpang Lima. Spacious, clean.. AC, TV channel, wifi worked well. Toilet, bathroom is also clean. We love the breakfast too because they provide traditional menu and children menu accompanied the usual hotel menu (bread, rice, eggs, cereals). Tasted good. Check in/out process also smooth and fast, staff are very helpful and nice. Will recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Exceptional”
The staff were fast , polite and very accommodating. The rooms are roomy enough and very clean. I definitely will recommend the Harris hotels to anyone. The only problem i had was the fact that there was not railing on the stairs,which was very difficult for me,since i am 79 years old and disabled.

Nice hotel for family with young children”
The room is clean, the staff are friendly, and the breakfast has a lot of choices for the menu. However, there is one thing that we suggest the hotel to improve their service. Both towels in the bathroom smelled so bad (perhaps not fully dry but already placed inside the bathroom). My wife and children had to use our own small towels that we always carry because they can't stand the smell.

Nice city view. Day n night view all are good. Very clean. Big room for unique type. Bathroom is clean. Strategic location. Breakfast plenty and varied. Good. Will be nack for sure. Only down was some towel n floor mat were torn. Should not be given to guest. Some lift can be access free. Key card is not functioning. Safety should check again. Overall good stay

The concierge staffs are very helpful and friendly. the room is spacious and clean. The only thing to improve was parking area. the path to car park area is very narrow and kind of confusing for first time staying.

Spacious room and good service”
The room is very spacious, cozy, and bright. Bigger than most hotel room with same price. The pool is not big but enough for kids to play. The kids play room is very small with almost nothing to play with. In busy day going down or up using elevator would take a long time.

Applause for Harris Hotel team. The Location is great in the middle of the city, facilities also good. Most of all the staffs were veryyyyyyyy helpful and nice. It's just for high season, many people, the loft can't really accommodate all of us, and should have more flexibility with the procedures during that limited time (e.g check in and check out time) Overall GREAT GREAT SERVICE! Fyi I booked 1suites room and 5 regular, for 3nights - i got my room upgraded on my last days, and got complimentary yummy cheese cakes from the management. 1 more thing, on my first day, the restaurant's service was very great in terms of accomodate us till very late at night eventhough passed their operation time.
