Good for family trip”
It was nice stay overall, I had book for 2 night but I do enjoyed for one. I had communicate to have transport pick up at airport since my flight will be landing at 22.00 pm, it was been responded somehow as it will be upon availability but they will try at level best, 2 days prior my flight again I had sent an email to confirm but seem no one responded, so I assumed no transport available, so I decided to book a room at the hotel airport for a night sleep as there were no confirmation, so technically I lost one night stay, then I travel to the hotel next day in the morning. Check in process was fine, friendly reception but no one explaining about the facilities since this is the first time for me to stay in this hotel. Indeed they apologizing when I told them about my transport requirement which so unfortunate no one was responding. Heading up to the room, door handle bit loose and slightly hard to open the door, good size of room, tea coffee facilities, extra pillow, comfy bed, wifi is the best speed, various TV channel, bathroom amenities, hair dryer, towels ( bit disappointed as bath towel was rough and hard), well done to housekeeping of keeping the cleanliness. F&B was amazing, delicious food menu either in restaurant buffet or room service (grill gurame fish and fried noodle, as well as buffet lunch/dinner was heavenly taste for 130 K and 180 K) Facilities around was great for family, pool, garden playground for kids, you got bicycles as well, kids club, small gym, football court medium size and three wheel motorbikes to explore garden with some fees and fish pound. Meeting room you’ve got at the 1st floor as well as near by the gym and handy-craft shop next to reception. Automatic Massage chair available with fees ( 10,20 and 50 K for 25 minutes) at the lobby area, not bad to relief your jet-lag. Quite busy hotel and full book due to school holiday, great for family stay. Check out time was pretty fast, taxi also available with less time to book,

Perfect hotel for family or group”
Good facility sentul. It’s not too far from toll enterence. Their breakfast menu was ok, no issues with the taste. As i remembered, they also provide snacks, drinks outside the resto, nearby the lobby and swimming pool, you can chill out beside the swimming pool while having their snacks. What else… mmmh, their swimming pool is quite big, so your kids would love it. They also have some kids playground and the land is very wide with nice view outside. No issues with their staff, we didn’t find any complaints for them. And the parking lot is quite large, you’d find no issues to get a parking lot even during the holiday season.

Nice location”
Great location...not far from the highway and also from SICC as well as other places such as AEON, Ikea. I've stayed at this hotel several times and there has always been upgrades such as outdoor activities. Never had any problems with the rooms and the food is not bad especially the breakfast.

Harris Hotel Sentul City is a hotel with clean rooms, the rooms are quite spacious and have a lounge chair in the room that can be used as an extra mattress. The cleanliness of the bathroom is very good, hot water works well. The dining room in the restaurant and hotel area is quite large so that social distancing can be maintained. Health protocols in restaurants are well implemented by all staff. The hotel area is spacious and can be used for various sports (futsal, badminton, table tennis, jogging, cycling). Very pleasant overnight at the Harris Hotel Sentul City. Hotel staffs were friendly, warm and courteous.

Well Maintained Room and Nice Breakfast”
Room is clean and well maintained. Breakfast is nice with several options - my family rated Soto Ayam as the top menu during our visit. Pool is quite big. There's also a playground on the backyard which has atv, tennis table, trampoline and half-size football field.

Really nice place for short staycation with children”
I really enjoyed my stay here. My children and I had a nice experience, in fact, we recommended this hotel to our friends who planned to have short staycation just a stone throw away from Jakarta. I had a little complaint when we arrived at the hotel at around 3pm and 1 room was not yet ready (we ordered 3 rooms and only 2 rooms were available when we arrived. As I understand it check-in time starts at 2pm). I appreciated how the staffs (including the manager on duty) addressed my complaint. Other than that, I do not have any complaints and really enjoy our stay

The location of this hotel is good near Aeon mall an Ikea, and the facilities are complete from ATV playground, football yard, pool etc. The staffs are friendly and room is clean. However, during the stay date there was event that conducted, so bit noisy until midnight.
