I stayed for one night on 19 March 2022 to attending wedding reception. All experiences were very good, especially the cleaning services staff at 8th floor (Mas Adi) was very helpful and responsive. Recommended!

I spents 8 nights during my family’s vacation to Indonesia. I have a 10 years old with Special Needs who stayed with me. She likes to play with her toys on the floor So, our room cleaning’s staff, his name is Adi Sabir, did extraordinary while cleaned the room. Before he mopped the floor, he treated the toys good and put them on the table. Also he always made the towel art 😊. Great stayed 👍🏻👍🏻

In general, it should be nice to stay at this hotel. It just need for hotel to ensure all facilities work well before customer check in, so there is no need for thing to go wrong, especially on the AC that leaked and water dripped on the floor. If customer not careful, then he/she can slip.

we travel with our children , 10 years and 12 years old, we choose suite room . overall room are nice, compare with the price , swimming pool are ok , our children quite satisfied . Staff very helpful .

Nice hotel at Tebet”

Large room, 4 stars hotel, with bath thub, good location at Tebet. It was nice pool and breakfast. I had twice staycation in this hotel. The staffs were friendly and helpful.

Music in the corridor all night long should not be. The hotel staff is very courteous and friendly. The breakfast is varied, sufficient and tastes good.
