Website and message at entrance clearly mentioned check in timing from 2pm to 7pm. I arrived at 6pm and there was no staff. He called me but I did not get his call. He did not wait for me and left early. One kind lodger gave me an emergency number to call. I called 3 times and no one answered. After waiting for 1.5 hours, the same kind lodger called that same emergency number on my behalf and finally the staff answered the call and gave me the combination number to a locker to get my room key. The following morning, I told him that he should go home after 7pm since he could not get hold of my via phone call. He just kept quiet and did not apologize. There was another family stranded like me and they waited in the cold for more than 1 hour in their car. It was about 10 degrees that night. Terrible service by Harz Hostel and Agoda. I called Agoda 3 times and line was cut off after 10 mins of each call, while being put on hold. No one called me back. Terrible terrible attitude.

I chose this place because of its location. The hotel description says there's internet; it's true there's this service, but the conncetion is slow and disconnected too often, and it was not very practicable.
