Haus Buchholz features a large garden with barbecue facilities, and a lounge with a well-stocked library. Very Good”

Peaceful location with a spacious apartment for our family. Nice little play set in the yard to entertain the children. Games to borrow downstairs and wine available to purchase! Our host was very pleasant and accommodating to our schedule. We would definitely stay there again. Just bring towels.

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Die Umgebung wunderschön.
Alles sehr schmutzig. In der Küche alles mit Fettspritzern bedeckt. Bad ist total mit Schimmel bedeckt. WC war sehr schmutzig, wir mussten ihn erst saubermachen, bevor wir uns draufsetzen könnten. Das Geschirr war zum Teil schlecht gewaschen. Nie wieder dorthin.

Gute Lage, aber die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig”

Die Lage der Unterkunft war für uns perfekt. Da wir sehr viel wandern, konnten wir von hier aus starten oder hatten die Möglichkeiten in kurzer Entfernung mit dem Auto einen geeigneten Start an der Mosel zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind groß und auch das Bad ist großzügig gehalten. Wir hatten keine Handtücher dabei, da wir es scheinbar überlesen hatten, dass wir selbst welche mitbringen sollen. Unser Gastgeber war allerdings so nett uns welche kostenfrei zur Verfügung zu stellen.
Die Sauberkeit der FeWo war leider nicht die Beste. Überall waren Haare zu finden (am Bettzeug, an der Mikrowelle, in den Kleiderschränken…). So haben wir den Schrank nicht genutzt und unsere Sachen lieber im Koffer gelassen. Das Geschirr und Besteck war nicht richtig sauber, teilweise fettig&#47;schmierig oder hatte noch anhaftende Essensrückstände. So was geht wirklich gar nicht! Wir haben erst mal alles was wir brauchten selbst sauber gemacht und separat deponiert. Auf der Essensbank waren auch noch Krümmelrückstände der Vormieter zu finden. Leider ist die FeWo auch nicht sonderlich gut isoliert. Während eines Sturmes kam der Dreck vom Balkon unter der Türritze hinein ins Wohnzimmer. Überall zog und Pfiff es. Die Matratzen waren teilweise so durchgelegen, dass man morgens mit Rückenschmerzen aufwachte.

Unser Appartement war sehr schön geräumig. Schön fand ich auch die Balkone auf beiden Seiten der Wohnung. Zwei geräumige Badezimmer und eine gut ausgestattete Küche waren auch sehr angenehm. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und auch im Vorfeld wurden Fragen sehr schnell beantwortet.
Die Kopfkissen waren zu platt, vermutlich von zu langem Gebrauch. Der Abfluss in der zweiten Dusche lief recht langsam ab und der Wasserdruck in der Toilette war zu stark. Die Tischdecke auf dem Esszimmertisch war beschmutzt. In der Küche waren einige Sachen nicht sauber, z.B. hatten die Gläser teilweise Fettflecke und die Ofenhandschuhe waren schmutzig. Die Wohnung roch feucht. Ich hätte mir auch im Vorfeld eine genauere Auflistung der Sachen gewünscht, die im Haus vorhanden bzw. mitgebracht werden müssen, da Appartements sehr unterschiedlich ausgestattet sind. So war mir z.B. nicht bewusst, dass ich Trockentücher für die Küche mitbringen musste.
