Coming home to Hearton Hotel was a daily comfort to me. The room was cleaned daily and all used amenities were replaced including the sleeping wear. Shower amenities were always refilled. There's a fridge, electric kettle, a safe, a tv in the room. My room was on the 8th floor and I had a view of the corner street leading to the hotel. It was pretty seeing the illuminated autumn trees. There was no closet but there was a space where to hang coats and other clothes. There's a money exchange machine in the lobby of the hotel. The staff were all kind and hospitable. The hotel is within walking distance of the Osaka Station, Hanshin Department Store, Uniqlo, and many other shops. I love this hotel brand! I have a new booking at the Shinsaibashi location this coming February ☺

Convenient location near the station!”
From Itami Airport, take the limousine bus to Herbis Osaka. The hotel is very convenient and just a short walk away. Umeda Station and Nishi-Umeda Station are also nearby, making it a great location! The room is small but there is nothing that beats its convenience. There is an ice maker and a vending machine for reasonably priced drinks near the elevator hall on the floor where I stayed, and it was nice to have alcohol available.

Best Budget Hotel in the heart of Osaka”
I am very impressed with the quality of hospitality received in japan. Hearton Hotel was my first experience and I really loved it. Clean room with so many free amenities and an amazing breakfast no hassle they even kept my luaage for 5 hour after I checked out at no extra charges. Highly Recommended

This is my first time to Jp and this hotel is a big surprise. Within reasonable price and convenient location, just around 5 min walk to JR station and other lines as well. The hotel is clean with an acceptable size. I can open my 29 inch luggage even it is a bit hard but still i can make it. This is a surprise.

The Hearton Hotel Nishi Umeda was our base in Osaka. Its location was ideal. It was a mere 8 minute walk to Osaka station and so even when we were tired and feeling cold, the hotel was just nearby. I hope the mall that is being built next door will provide access from Osaka Station to the hotel so that walking to and from the train station will be easier. The room is on the small side though but it is comfy and nice. Highly recommended because of its location.

I stayed here in osaka for two nights and the room was comfortable, clean and quality! The only thing that I didn’t like was that there was construction going on and It made access to the station way more complicated. But not bad!

The location is perfect for traveling around Osaka . The room is small but clean with big window and the bathroom have a bathtub that can relax your body from traveling.

The best Hotel in Japan”
Very close to Osaka Station just exit the Sakurabashi exit . You don't need to use google maps in going to the hotel just ask any of the Train Station Staff . A lot of restaurants nearby when exiting the Osaka Station. Bus Station also is just a walking distance from the hotel we booked a bus directly to Kansai International Airport. Restaurants can be found when exiting the station. Also very near the meeting place when going to Nabana No Sato and Gozaisho Ropeway (2 hours travel -so far my best experience in my 4th visit here in Japan). I love this hotel! My 4th time in Japan and definitely would stay again with my family in this hotel.

5 minutes from Osaka/Umeda Station, with many department stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel has been open for some time, but the rooms have been renovated and are exactly the same as the new hotels I have stayed in Japan.

For those who have to catch early bus to Kansai airport”
Just around 3 mins walk to the airport bus stop which corporates from 4:30 a.m The hotel looks luxury outside but the room was quite small. You can find everything you need in that tiny one. Plus like many hotels in Japan, the room was really clean and nice My room was at 16th floor with great view to lines of Osaka station. I have read the compliments about the noise of train near the hotel, but on 16th floor I didn’t notice that Highly recommend when you have to fly early in the morning, because the bus to airport departs quite early in the morning with the price around 1600 yen, while catching a train to Kansai airport you have to wait until 5:30 a.m but with huge check-in luggages, moving to Osaka station could be disaster
