Stay here for 5 nights and i have to stay it was incredible experience. Its clean and they have good facilities. Near public transportation. Yotsubashi and Shinsaibashi station you can reach those in walking distance. There is AEON supermarket and McD also on a walking distance. Location wise its perfect. I went to Osaka for a concert and the staff really helpful. They helped me to retrieve my ticket and called the organizer. Thank you

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in Japan. Everything was great from check-in to check-out. Great staff, location (a few mins from Shinsaibashi, Namba, and Dotonbori), service. Room is cleaned everyday. Would stay here again when I go back.

AMAZING PLACE”
I love the place, the rooms are cozy and clean. It’s right beside a 24 hours grocery store and a convenience store adjacent. The subway station is a block away. The staff were really helpful, friendly and very professional. I’m happy i found this hotel. Will definitely comeback.

Solo Travel in Osaka”
Stayed here for the first two nights in Japan. It is very close to the famous Shinsaibashi-Suji Shopping Street, only a ten minute walk. What I love about it is that it's close to all the busy area but the block where hotel locates is very clean and quite, even during the day. I went to the Universal Studio on the second day and the train station is on the same block so it took me less than 40 minutes to get to the park. The room is quite compact but I feel like with the facilities and tidiness there's enough space for a solo traveller to feel comfortable staying here.

Exceptional”
It is a good 5-10 minutes walk to Shinsaibashi which is neither far or near. Good exercise if you have a big meal. The breakfast is so so but considering we just pay a small extra for it it is more than worth it given the convenience and definitely value for money. Room is well laid out so we are pretty happy given it is mainly for sleeping and showering. Highly recommend to budget travellers who wants a good, clean and no frits hotel

It's honestly hard to see how this hotel could've been any better. Staff were helpful, room and facility was clean, location was perfect (metro station RIGHT OUTSIDE the entrance!). Room was small, but not a bother unless you plan to stay a long time in your room each day.

The room is clean and comfortable. Staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel located just near the metro station. And there is a supermarket nearby. Ten minutes walk distance to Shinsaibashi. Highly recommend.

Drop off at yotsubashi station, exit thru exit 2. Turn right, and its a 1 minute walk. With grocery store next to hotel and a family mart at the back. They accept card payment. Free coffee, tea, sugar, basic essential, located near elevator. Room is big, clean, and has soft bed. Good to relax after a long day of sightseeing. 10-15 minutes walk to dotonbori. 🚶 1 train stop away to Namba. Places to visit in osaka city can be reach thru trains near this hotel. Depends on your itinerary. Easy check in and check out. They have weighing scale for luggage. 👍

location: walking distance to orange street (5mins) for all your shopping needs. right beside a 24/7 AEON for all your grocery needs. also right beside the entrance to yotsubashi subway station (1 station to namba, 3-4 to umeda). room: rooms were clean and large for a local hotel. concierge service was fast and without any issue. overall great value for money and would recommend this place for work & leisure travellers alike.

The hotel is just 3 mins away from Yodobashi St. and 15 mins walk to Dotonbori. The room is just enough for couple and the cleanliness was superb. Will definitely go back here and recommend to friends and family.

The hotel is much more better than my expectation! It is a new and clean hotel which situated near the metro station (just a 1 minute walk)!! The room is not large but it is so tidy and clean. All necessities are provided (the one I surprised a lot is rubber band is also available!) And!! Last but not least, the Shampoo, Body Wash they used are from a brand called KAO!

Excellent rooms, excellent staff!”
The location was perfect for what I was looking for; close walking distance to Shinsaibashi as well as my favorite craft beer bar near Yotsubashi as well as Americamura. After check out, the front desk allowed me to keep my luggage for a few hours while I walked around the city and got lunch. They also helped me to call a taxi to get to Shin-Osaka station (which costs around $30 usd). Thank you Hearton Hotel! I can't wait to stay with you again.
