Great location and very near the subway. Just across Shinsaibashi-Suji and a few minute walk to Dotonbori and Don Quijote. Lots of restaurant around the area. The room is small but it’s clean and they clean it everyday. Very recommendable. I surely be back here.

The hotel is easy to find and is in a good location. Walking distance to the places we need to go to - Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori. Very close to the subway station. Space is a bit tight but it has all that we needed.

Its location is perfect to travel around. I received a room key that I would feel uncomfortable, however the front keeps it when guests get outside, so it was really comfortable to go around as well.

Perfect location, very close to Shinsaibashi station, or a little walk from Namba station. Stayed for one night in a triple room, one bed was positioned away from the other two, which was great for us travelling with my husband's mother in law, gave her a little privacy. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Will be staying here again when next in Osaka. Situated right in Amemura - American Village, so plenty of nightlife, shopping and restaurants nearby.

Location location location! The hotel is a 2min walk from Shinsaibashi Station Exit 7. There are so many shops/malls and restaurants around the area and there’s a Family Mart in front of the hotel. Within a 5min walk is Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street and Dotonbori is within 600m away (10 min walk). Check in and check out was a breeze and they let us leave our luggages too after check out. Service is superb. They cleaned our room and changed our towels everyday and attended to us asap when we had a request. Will surely stay here again when I’m in Osaka. :)

Very nice and cheap hotel in the great location of Shinsaibashi”
If you are a solo traveller looking for a cheap but awesome place to stay in Shinsaibashi, Hearton might probably be your best bet! It is close to everything but in a peaceful corner. I have been travelling to Osaka and staying in the same area for two years now but I must say Hearton is the best! Tip: The main building has bigger rooms though they give you classic keys with a big key chain.

Booked this for my parents and they loved their stay. The location was superb. Although the room was small as expected to Japanese Hotels, it was always clean. According to my parents, their room was even cleaned twice a day. They also loved the breakfast. They had to extend their stay in Japan and I was planning to transfer them to another hotel but they didn't want to. They loved the convenience offered by the hotel. The Family Mart and train station is very accessible.

The hotel is in shopping area which has many brand and non-brand store. There is minimart almost beside the hotel. It's not far from Dotonbori near 'Gram' the famous pancake cafe and 'Tiger Sugar' the famous bubble tea shop. Interior design of the roon is really good. It's quite small but you have every think in it. Our room is Small Double bed. We are Thais and the bed fit two of us comfortably but it might too small for another one. We love this hotel. RECOMMEND!

Block away from shinsaibashi suji, osaka metro and americamura. . Theres a famly mart next to the bldg. Superb breakfast! Love the mackerelove the selection but they dont change their variety. Staff are all so accomodating and helpful. Size of the room is so small but its a standard. Overall, i love our stay. Tip:check nikko hotel osaka's airport limousine servce/schedule. It is the best way to get to and from airport - hotel. Will cost you 1600¥/way

Double rooms are too small, it’s actually just for single. But, regardless, I would still recommend this hotel for value of money, great staff and especially for the location. It’s super near on everything you want to be in osaka. Would definitely stay again.
