Great value for the price”
Me and my girlfriend have spent beautiful 4 days in Barcelona and we were more than happy with the accommodation. Just what we were looking for. The apartment had all we needed. Near metro, close to airport, quiet neighborhood, small market is 5min from hotel. The only small minus is that sometimes we could hear voices from another apartment. We would definitely come back.

AC system wasn't working”
The "suites" are not in the main building (30 stories or so), but rather in a tiny little building next to it. No view, but we didn't care and just needed a place to crash. We got there around 14:15, and it was immediately clear that the air blowing from the system was not cool. Over 3 hours they tried meddling with the controls, replacing thermostat, and some other voodoo. Finally I had enough and they gave us another suite. What do you know...the room is hot as hell and would take an hour to cool down. The guy at the counter had the nerve to tell me "just wait". After raising some hell, we got a room in the main building around 19:00. Better view, a second bathroom, and nice 22 degrees (C). Eric the supervisor was very helpful, but I certainly shouldn't have had to wait for 5 hours and escalate the matter.

Expensive hotel apartment, close to Airport.”
Excellent hotel apartments however pretty expensive. Hotel was outside the main city however they had free shuttles to and from city as well as Airport. Was a little difficult trying to figure out the gas stove but for it working after asking the housekeeping staff. Huge, clean rooms and massive bathroom. Hated the air-conditioning in the room. It would randomly switch off in the middle of the night and restart suddenly noisily. That was the only complaint we had during our stay. Had a major issue with a staff of their shuttle bus service. He was very rude to my wife. Name of the staff was Juan and acted as if he owned the shuttle busses. Hotel general manager was happy to discuss matter with us and explained that the shuttle service was operated by a third party. I hope he passed on the complaint to the company and action was taken against the shuttle service staff as it would definitely reflect negatively on the hotel itself. It left a sour taste in our mouth.

Hotel was is an perfect spot for us, not too far out and not too close, the underground station was close by and easy to use. Hotel was very nice and staff was very helpful, would definitely stay again.

Rooms need more sound isolation as you can hear neighbors. Towel odors could be better. Cracking sounds out of nowhere may disturb sleep

Free shuttle bus waiting at airport terminal 1- parking G”
Nice apartment but a bit far to city center(15 minutes by driving)! 10 minute walk to metro station. 10 minutes by driving to airport. Hotel provide free shuttle bus from to airport and city center. Free shuttle bus is waiting at Terminal 1 parking G, but unfortunately I did`t know about this message before I check in. Agoda should provide this very useful and important massage in the hotel voucher.

I really liked the facilities and amenities, even though the airport transportation was a bit of a hassle, everything else went smoothly. Also, the location is not "great" but using the metro becomes second nature within a day of use. The staff, they are perfect! Very helpful and very cordial!!

very spacious flat”
very quiet flat,very clean and well equipped. we enjoyed the free shuttle bus services to/ from airport/ town. pleasant atmosphere away from the city centre, only 15 minutes away by shuttle bus.

Just OK , nothing more”
Living room : it was the best start to enter a spacious, stylish loving room bedroom : its furnished is a 3* furniture (not 5*) , I ordered a double room and thru just push the beds next of each other ... they didn't even change the sheet to attach them together anything you put in the middle will fall the beds!!! bathroom : it worst than all the 4* hotels I've tried before , amenities also not good as we missed the condition , shower gel and moisturizer

On the surface it looks good but....”
Facilities, apt, and even the utilities are ok. Nothing stellar about it. I have read another review which talked about how this apt, was a "has been" 4 or 5 star location and I tend to agree. I don't think it is a 4 star anything. I guess you are better off just getting a airbnb or similar and get similar if not better apt.

dissapointment”
we were very poorly informed. we had to pay daily for the usage of the pool and spa. the suites were not in the hotel but in a building next to the hotel. the staff were very rude, speaking to each other in spanish while helping us, they gave us the wrong information and our shower was not working properly. many people were unhappy with their stay at this hotel but the staff did not seem to care much, i have been to 3 star hotels which were much better.

Good Hotel”
Good stay. Right next to the tower hotel. Quiet and there is a kitchen. Around the corner are some stores where you can stock up. Metro Station 5 min walk away, but a bit outside of the city.
