Great for the 2-week stay”
Clean apartments, friendly staff. The rooms are quite spacious. For me, it was especially great that our apartment was equipped with a kitchenette, and I could cook something during the 2-week stay. Also, I like the Sant Joan neighbourhood even though it's quite far away from Barcelona's city centre.

Lovely Apartment ”
I went solo. but it is huge even for 4 people twins bed a futon cooker. Nice bath all very clean with service every day. Close to bus station. I love it

Good value for money a liitle way out of town but tram and metro nearby frequent and cheap.our only complaint is a malfunctioning safe containing our money and passports which took 36 hours to resolve. A blessing we werent due to fly for another 3 days . However we were left short of money for the period.On site staff did their best to help but noone knew how to open the safe and both the on call technician and the general manager were not responding to their calls.Had it not been for this we would have given a higher rating .

Friendly staff, great value for the price, overal nice hotel”
We really liked the hotel. But unfortunently they dont open up the sauna because of the pandemic. And the rooms had everything that was necessary for an apartment but it does need to be more modern with the furniture and so. The rooms where cleaned everyday, and the cleaning staff where friendly and nice. But the hotel is very far from Barcelona, and we had to almost everytime take a taxi to get to the central of Barcelona.

Good value for the price”
Very nice suites! Clean and spacious, perfect for couples or three people. Would definitely recommend for the value of the place. Only issues were there were a lack of supplies in the suite: kitchen utensils, chopping board, kettle etc. We managed without but with kitchenette included we expected more supplies with it. The location isn't so bad if you don't mind walking 25 mins to the nearest metro station, but it is close to different tram stops and bus stops. Overall really enjoyed our stay! It was upkept daily and nice and cool which is perfect after coming in from 30 degree heat!

Quite far away from Barcelona hot spots - a lot of travelling on and off trains and trams… Ubers are difficult to get from this location. Staff are quite rude. Not much customer service. Rooms are okay.

Room Dirty, staff bad attitude ”
Far away from city, no bus directly can go city. Taxi + metro only. no any shop around hotel, stay 3 nights but no one cleaning room till to checkout, request new towels at front desk but staff attitude very bad. I swear, Never stay there again

Staff were brilliant in giving directions and any other information. The pool side was closed during my visit and only opens in the summer months which i didnt see on their website prior to the visit. Breakfast was ok but they didnt top up the buffet promptly when it got finished. Requested for a well beaten fried egg for my kids and they got it wrong twice. Not very receptive to my 23 month old playing in the kids corner at the dinning area amd was told he was disturbing other diners. Rooms were cleaned nicely however no tea, sugar or milk left in the rooms although it had a kettle and tea cups. Generally a lovely hotel and will always go back when I'm in Barcelona.

Suite was great for family - separate sleeping room, so you can close the door... kitchenette and 2 fridges make it easy to get groceries and spend less on eating out, it was a little far from center of Barcelona, but between bus and metro relatively easy to get there...overall great vacation...

Excellent value ”
The apart-hotel is some distance from the centre of Barcelona (40-50 mins by public transport) but well serviced by tram, bus and train links into the city. It is near to the airport and the 'correct' side for getting to The Nou Camp. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and it met all of our needs. There is a big supermarket a 5-10 minute walk away where we bought breakfast food and also a small supermarket, bakery and several restaurants in the residential development on the same street as the hotel less than 5 minute walk. The restaurant and bar at the hotel are good, excellent value for money compared to some hotels but not open on a weekend. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a decent, clean and cheap base for spending a few days in Barcelona. We would definitely come back and will tell friends and family about it.

A few miles outside the city of Barcelona, but has very good public transport links which can take about 30 mins into town. Few small supermarkets & restaurants nearby - all in all, a pleasant experience

I have no complaints ! I had a pleasant stay , the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. It was easy to get around Barcelona with the Tram and the metro close . The l77 bus from the airport took you right to the front door virtually . The only negative was the cost of the Laundry service . i would stay here again

Never Before. Every thing was perfect.”
It was really a wonderful stay. Every thing was in place. I asked for kitchen wares and immediately the same were provided. Towels were changed every day. The suite was very spacious. Well connected with bus, tram and metro.
