-The breakfast and dinner is fabulous and 5 star no doubt - staff were friendly and they wait at gate for your arrival even it's snowing.. salute for them Cons - building are too old and bathroom smells - even is for privacy but there will be non of the staff around the hotel after 10pm..so it's quite scary and not secured.. anyone can enter and exit the hotel by the time

Public onsen Don't have shower, the room is small, staff doesn't know how to charge Union pay, and told me my Union pay Don't have enough credit!! But I am sure I got enough credit , however I can use the same Union card in another hoyel

第一次和男朋友去日本选择了这家位于福地温泉的旅馆，温馨舒适。 店员们长期挂着笑容，服务很好，房间也很赞，有自己的私家温泉，好开心。 在入住前已经收到旅馆的邮件问有什么特别需要，由于生日当天入住因此要求了准备蛋糕，结果酒店给我准备了一个超级漂亮的蛋糕，感动。 酒店唯一不足就是房间暖气不够，有点冷。

比我去年在奈良住的旅馆好一百倍！食物也好一百倍！整体让人很舒服！雪天出门的鞋子雨伞厚衣服都备齐了，非常方便，能够真正的体验到日式风情。食物口味作为中国南方人觉得可以接受，绝非特别日式无法适应的口味。唯一让我觉得不舒服的是晚上睡觉的时候觉得床垫或者是榻榻米传来奇怪的味道…据说榻榻米因为人的体温会在榻榻米里产生水蒸气，通风干燥不好的话会发霉之类的…希望店家能够注意这方面的。其他都很满意。

我们当时乘坐的那班浓飞公交车是不到酒店门口的，是在前一站停车，因为下雪，我就在下车的时候发了一封邮件说我们在前一站下车了，结果酒店居然回复来接我们，结果路上拖着行李箱的我并没有看到，当看到酒店来接我们真的很感动，服务态度很好，宾至如归，食物很好吃，退房后还送我们去了巴士车站，露天温泉遇到下雪真是太棒了！

雪中浸溫泉極佳體驗”
位置算方便，走幾分鐘便到福地溫泉車站。 酒店會send email教你如何到達，需要何時之前check in。今次住雪笹房間，酒店淨潔，一開房門就見到露天溫泉，great view👍 外面溫度-17度，溫泉溫度剛好。早上和晚上感覺不同，建議早晚也浸浸看。 另外，有兩個公眾溫泉，9:30pm-10:00am可供私人享用，不用預約，只需在外翻牌子為有人正在享用即可。 晚餐牛肉要自己燒，牛肉質素高。每人有一瓶免費牛奶可取，牛奶味濃，只在高山有售，名古屋找不到。 工作人員態度有禮，服務極佳，推薦大家入住。
