Hotel was very clean and met the Hilton standards. Had a wonderful massage the night I arrived. Super relaxing!! Parking was easy and accessible from the lobby. Would just help to have better signage at driveway to access parking. Hotel location was within walking distance of all major sightseeing highlights. Great restaurants in the area and a very welcoming coffee shop right across the street. Concierge was helpful in booking services and giving directions. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The front desk had difficulties to find my reservation. Not pleasant. The attitude of some members of the team at the bar in the lobby is not always correct. Cafeteria style and not 5stars one. Room very nice and comfortable. Location is great in the hyper center. Good price

Horrible Service at Hilton Berlin”
I booked Hilton Berlin for its brand name since I didn't have much time to choose on the day before I arrived. And it turned out to be the worst Hilton I've ever been to. I'm not a fussy traveller, usually give 5 stars away but I need to share my experience and do hope that there'll be anyone from the hotel can care enough to improve their service. Right after I checked in, I realised the shower temperature mixer in the bathroom didn't work and only extremely hot water came out of it. Long story short, after a few calls(they usually picked up after 5 calls), a FEW times of requests in person, it took a whole day to 'try' getting it fixed and ended up changing to another room in the middle of night. Don't trust when they say "we'll send someone right now". It will take at least an hour and someone who has no clue will knock your door. The worst part is when I asked for another room after so much frustration, one of the staff guy said "there's no room available" which was OBVIOUSLY not true. When I said "so are you asking me to just stay in this room where I can't even get a shower? Are you kidding?" and 'magically' an empty room became available in a sec. And guess what he asked me to do? He asked me to pack my luggages and bring them down to the lobby so that he can issue a card to the new room! How ridiculous! He 'magically' issued the new card on the spot after I said I'm not going to do that and you issue the card right now. Another warning: cleaners here can just open your door immediately after very soft knocking. Lucky I was dressed. Location was good. Value for money? NO

Birthday weekend!”
We chose the Hilton Berlin as a 4 day break as a treat for my Birthday. It was excellent! The hotel was very impressive, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We booked an executive room which gives access to the executive lounge which is open all day for soft drinks, tea/coffees etc., but also, breakfast in the morning which is mainly continental, but plenty of choice and a nice quiet atmosphere. Between 6pm and 8.30pm, the lounge offers complimentary alcoholic drinks as well as some hot food and a selection of meats, cheeses, bread etc., We would definitely book the executive room again. We also booked a two day spa entrance for 19.90 euros each which again, was well worth it. Access to the Swimming pool and gym is included in the hotel price, but if you want access to the 'Spa' areas you can pay 14.90 for one day or 19.90 for two. The Spa includes a Finnish Sauna, Sauna, Steam room, Foot spa and a Separate Relaxation room with heated waterbeds! Amazing!

One of the best locations in Berlin!”
This was my second stay at the Hilton in Berlin, the last being 15 years ago. Before this trip, I had spent a long time researching for new hotels and different areas but in the end, nothing could compare with the combination of location and value for money of the Hilton. Gendarmenmarkt is possibly the most beautiful square in Berlin. Within 2 minutes you are on one of the best shopping streets in town and 10 minutes walk takes you to Brandenberg Gate, Holocaust Memorial, Museum Island and Checkpoint Charlie. For further afield, the U Bahn station is outside the front door. The rooms are spacious and staff friendly, patient and uber helpful. Fabulous.

Great Hotel, Great Location”
the hotel is ideal for the many sites within berlin, just a couple of hundred yards from checkpoint charlie and many other sites. also the u bahn is right on the doorstep. on arrival at the hotel we were greeted by very firendly staff who could not do enough to help. the room was very spacious and ideal for my friend and i on our first trip to berlin. drinks etc in the hotel are on the expensive side but then you would expect this from a hilton. we did not pay for breakfast here as there are plenty of breakfast places near the hotel at a fraction of the price. i would definately stay here again if i visisted berlin.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Berlin Hotel, the room was very comfortable and the hotel is superbly located in the heart of Mitte, in the centre of Berlin. It was very close to the subway and lots of attractions, including Gendarmenmarkt Square which was right opposite the hotel.

I confirmed our stay a few days before checking in because of our late arrival, this was the beginning of our great experience with the Berlin Hilton. The reassuring words from the reception staff were great On arrival checking in went smoothly and within a few minutes of leaving our luggage in our room we were enjoying a coffee and starting to explore Berlin. The location of the hotel is excellent for both sightseeing and shopping. Great staff very knowledgeable nothing too much trouble would stay again.

we were in berlin for new years eve - which is not for the faint hearted. the hilton threw a great party, but we went out onto the strets while we could stand it, and then returned to our room to watche the fireworks from the balcony. everything about this hotel met our expectations. great food and service in the mark brandenburg restaurant, and a rather chic bar area. the rooms were comfortable and well appointed. the staff were very friendly ad engaging. a very good experience throughout.

Perfect location and lovely hotel, but small rooms”
located in the heart of berlin, the hotel is in a walking distance from the main attractions. with two tube stations just around the corner, it is easy to commute to other areas. the staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are very clean and with a modern decoration (although a bit too dark colors for my taste). beds are comfortable, bathroom is okay, but the room is a bit too small - but that wasn't a problem as we were busy outside exploring berlin. we strongly recommend this hotel, but be aware of the extra charges: 22 euros/day for the internet, 15 euros for the sauna (swimming pool and gym are for free). our tip: go the the lovely einstein coffee shop just around the corner, grab a nice expresso and use their free-wifi.

This really is a super hotel. Great location beside checkpoint Charlie! There is a supermarket not to far from here which sells some great beer. Leisure facilities are first class. The hotel is of high standard and the service quality was very good all the way from bellboy to management. Very clean hotelrooms and people working there are very nice and friendly. The situstion of the hotel is very good. The centre of Berlin is in walking distance. Close to the hotel is much to see and a various range of restaurants and other kind of places for shopping or visiting. We were a couple of men in two rooms visiting Berlin to celebrate a birthday ( 50 years ).

the location was better than expected. the tour buses stop 200m away, there are ample cafes within walking distance, loads of shops nearby. further, the top spots like the brandenburg gate is also an energetic walk away. we loved it! we have missed out on a reichstag entry opportunity so we will be back in berlin and the hilton will be our hotel of choice. we are very happy customers!

Great hotel”
This hotel is in a great location with lots of restaurants, cafes, bakeries and shops just outside its doors. The "hop on hop off" city tour buses all stop just a block away. There is also an underground train station in front of the hotel. From here we were able to walk to the Brandenberg gate in about 15 minutes and have a great day on foot seeing all the museams and sights on our list. we were also able to walk across the river to museam island and some great neighbourhood shopping. The hotel staff were great and the room was nice with an updated bathroom. Wifi is not free but that seems standard in Germany. You can tell alot about a hotel by what the staff does when something goes wrong and when the power and water had to be shut off they took such great care of us and truely understood the level of inconvienience. The restaurant attached is really nice and it was our best meal in berlin! can't recomend the location or the hotel more!
