Superb location. Quiet. Excellent wifi and Internet access. Helpful and polite staff. Breakfast was well prepared every day, but with very limited variation from day-to-day. Condition of the rooms and public spaces was very good, but the hotel does need freshening, not a complete renovation. I’d stay at this hotel again with no hesitation.

Great quality hotel in good location”
very friendly and helpful staff made check in and check out and seeing sights very easy. we only stayed one night to catch early morning flight the next day but was worth it to see city centre sights of mainz. getting to the hotel a longish walk or 5 euro taxi ride from train station, easy. sister hotel is close to river and a step up in price and quality to this one. but this one definitely fine

My favourite hotel in Mainz”
Whenever I travel to Mainz I try to stay at this hotel. It is not too big, has friendly service, is centrally located and most rooms have been recently refurbished. The breakfast buffet is very nice and tasty although there seems to be slightly less choice of food then they used to have a couple of years ago. The menu of the restaurant could be a little more comprehensive as well. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a spa area.

great location with accommodating staff”
When you have to overnight due to flight schedules this hotel is perfect. It is a 10 min walk to the train station which is a 20 min ride to Frankfurt airport. There are excellent restaurants within walking distance and museums on the pedestrian mall. The only drawback is the price of breakfast which is a buffet and that there is not much food available after the dinner hour.

Nice hotel but needs an upgrade to be a "Hilton"”
I was quite happy with this place but just a little disappointed that there wasnt any wellness options - i didnt check so i guess i cannot hold the hotel responsible. But you expect this from a Hilton and so despite my standards being a little high, i still feel this can be an improvement. The kitchen closed too early and the general attitude of the staff while friendly wasnt very professional - I only mean the promptness and nothing else here. Good stay overall so i am probably just complaining because it didnt meet my specific requirements.

Hilton hat auch nachgelassen. Kühlschrank ist leer. Keine Hausschuhe vorhanden. Bett ist sehr schmal. In der Parkanlage vor dem Hotel sind in der wärmeren Jahreszeit viele Jugendliche (Lärm) Hotelgarage für Euro 22,50 ist auch Luxus

Auf der Homepage von Agoda war es für mich unübersichtlich der Preisgestaltung. Ich hatte gebucht und war der Meinung es war Übernachtung mit Frühstück, das war nicht der Fall, sondern hatte nur Übernachtung im Hotel obwohl es bei der Buchung so aus sah das es mit Frühstück sein sollte.

市内中心部でも一本入った閑静な通りに、小さ過ぎず・豪華過ぎず、ちょうど良いサイズのホテル。 出張で一年ぶりの滞在でしたが、チェックインから出発まで、居心地の良さは前回と同じでした。 調度や設備の古さは有りますが、それらが独特の演出となっており、天井の高い奥まったレストランでの朝食はゆったりとして気分も和み、それだけで滞在の値打ちがあります。
